Went here cause urgent care was nearby so thought it was convenient. No, no, and no.
Other reviewers are saying staff is rude - they are probably rude because they are understaffed…. Cmon CVS, hire more staff!

This place has terrible service. We waited in line for 30 minutes then the pharmacist said they need another 30 minutes so we wait again then they say they need another 10 minutes. Will never come back

Its always a hustle geting your medicine and staff are so rude and unprofetional i know they are always busy but they are always rude. They need to hire more people since its to busy. Well they are going to have 1 customer les since I moved to cvs . I have no problems here at all i strongly rrecomend every one who reads this to do the same. Adios walgreens.

I've been coming to this Walgreens a number of times always had a good experience especially in the pharmacy. But today cashier Marcos was very rude to me he asked me if I wanted a bag I joking said no because they're not free. He gave me a dirty look. Make me feel uncomfortable and not a valuable customer. By his actions he does not represent the image of a Walgreens cashier should be like.

This place SUCKS keep driving!!
I’m waiting for a memory card which is locked behind glass. There are two cashiers up front who keep telling me “one minute” while continuing to check out 20+ other people . There are 3 of us in line and they ignored all of us.
After yelling across the store someone finally came to help us. Then the woman who came to help me couldn’t even open the door bc NONE of the keys on two different key rings worked. The two men waiting with me in photo placed orders at 4pm and they weren’t ready. 5 hours later and were told they don’t k ow when they’ll be done and to cancel. Riiiidiculous and a waste of time. Way too much time!!

Pharmacy is way to slow. It should not take 45 mins in the drive thru with only one car ahead of you. They only got one girl working.

Location is sketchy AF. Pharmacy always understaffed. Took forever to figure out why app and store info is different. The answer: the computer system is about 30+ years old and the new app and the store computer system don't jive. Now they added delivery fee for mail order refills and increased rx cost. Amazon for repeat refills maybe something I'll try.

Would give a 0 if possible. Slow slow slow. Pharmacy registers are painful slow and there is no urgency whatsoever. Just laugh and chat with each other

Great customer service! I had some medicines to pick up, the Technician ( Siavash) helped me with my insurance. He had a great attitude was very patient, kind and happy. Thank you Walgreen. I always enjoy shopping at this location.

Pharmacy open 24 hours. Review done for Tuesday, February 20 to Wednesday February 21, 2024 (midnight, in between both days). I called the pharmacy to make sure they were open, the pharmacist picked up, a very polite young lady. I went to pick up my meds, there was one lady pharmacist alone (same as on the phone), she was very polite and explained the medication patiently. Being so late I did not expect the great treatment I received. I will change my prescription here. I would have liked to write the review with her name but the receipt didn't have it and I didn't ask her while I was at the pharmacy. Reason to add the date and time, hopefully her supervisor can see this. It's 1:30 am, I am sleepy, but I didn't want to forget leaving this review.

This is the WORST pharmacy- avoid at all costs! Prescriptions are never ready (on several occasions), the staff is indifferent, and the chairs in the waiting area are so filthy & gross (it is a bad sign that they have a waiting area to begin with). I would worry about catching an illness when coming here as you are set aside for a lengthy wait among people coughing, sneezing and spreading germs all around you. In fact, you should only come here if you WANT to get sick. Otherwise, go to another pharmacy!
