I ordered 9 glass jars , got a email saying something went wrong they sent it back to Walmart they cancelled my order , the I called customer service she said they don't carry that anymore i knew she is wrong so I reordered they said I get 6 and then 3 so waited I got 5 out of the box he broke one I called again they refunded one so email said I get 3 never showed up I called again the 3 lady from India said the person I talked to cancelled 2 out of 3 order that I am suppose to get no even all 3 so because it was 2 to 3 refund of there fault now I the have to sent me to special team waited 30 minutes then they hung up on me called again explained everything all over again now I am on the phone for another 20 minutes and I don't know if it's going true or not WALMART IS THE WOESED COMPANY I ORDERED FROM AMD I 60 years old and order a lot SO ITS THE LAST TIME AS THEY DID THIS TO ME BEFORE I pay more and don't have to go true this shit ever time

The store closes at 11 p.m. but RETURNS CLOSE AT 7 p.m! What store closes returns 4 hours before the store closes? Time to shop at Costco or Target where I can show up at 715 pm and make a simple return. Only 4 self checkout registers. Sometimes one is broken and brings the grand total to 3 self checkout registers. Most Wal-Marts and Costcos have many more self checkout registers and the local Target has 3 or 4 times as many which means customers don't have to wait in huge lines to checkout. Lots of homeless in the parking lot. Planters are unkept and full of weeds. There are better choices.

That staff so crazy when I bought Fantacy 5 tickets. The white paper that my number my choice. Im always bought that number my choice many time. The white paper I can got back to me when I bought fantasy 5 tickets. But the staff not friendly and so crazy when I told I want got back white paper. 2 guys told me I can't got back it. So crazy if next time I want buy again that my number. I don't know how I remember my number. So weird.

Poor poor service here with customer service answering to phone calls. I have been calling for longer than half an hour and customer service department NEVER picks up the phone. I stopped by to chec and see if the ph nr was right and sure enough it was. I called again and the same thing-NO ONE answered at customer service/store operator. Maybe she's taking a nap and put the ring off...

These guys are always friendly, but Join the rest of the world and accept digital wallets. I thought i was hearing a joke when they were telling me to download Walmart pay. No thank you, I'll go elsewhere.

This has to be one of the worst store to shop. About a year ago I went in and found that most of the goods were just junk and when I found something I wanted, the price on the shelf labels were different than what I actually paid. I argued with the cashier first then got the manager. The manager told me the shelf price was incorrect. I left without purchasing. Today I went in and they would not accept cash. They told me they only use credit card. According to US law they must accept cash. But, not this store. This is the last time I will purchase from Wal-mart.

This is why Walmart will always have a reputation for bad customer service! The people they hire have no manners and a bad attitude. Jujuju was helping me today at the self check out and every question I asked was just a "nah..no" with no real explanation as if so I finally asked to speak to a manager. She was like, "they're going to tell you the same thing" and I had to finally respond, "i don't care, i'd rather hear it from someone else". I spoke to Tim who was the manager. He at least apologized that it was a recall item, but even as I was trying to get more information, she kept interrupting with her two cents. I finally told her, "Ma'am, I'm done talking to you. I'm speaking with your manager, please stop". Then l had to turn to him and tell him that I'm appalled by her lack of customer service and bad attitude. She still grumbled, "I don't got no bad attitude. She just didn't like that I told her I couldn't sell it"....some people just don't get it! And Tim, although nicer, just shrugged at me and mumbled, "well yeah" ...like it was normal to be treated this way and have this level of service...which at Walmart, I take it back, it is!!! ... no one cares, it's Walmart! The only place that would hire such people and be ok with it!!!

I did an online order for Black Friday for an Xbox bundle and financed through Affirm since it was only $30 a month. Went to the store for pickup, and the box was severely damaged. It looked like someone used a box cutter on it and that the product was possibly dropped. I requested a replacement and they tried to convince me to take it home since it was just the exterior sleeve and box. I told them no, and that I wanted it swapped out for another one. They then told me they couldnt do that because it was tied to a serial number and that I would need to return it and then purchase a new one. I told them this was not acceptable and that I financed it through Affirm which would cause an issue.. I asked to speak to the manager. He went and found a replacement and told me to go to customer service with him. He then returned the xbox and then scanned the new one. He then asked me for $450... I told him that it was financed so I wouldnt have to pay the $450 all at once. He then told me I have to order it online with Affirm again since they dont do that in store. I spent about 45 minutes of my night there and left empty handed. It's ridiculous they couldnt just give me a replacement after seeing that the original was damaged. Time wasted. Hopefully my credit doesnt get dinged for taking out another loan within a week...

The lines r really long and there's not enough employees to help the customers out... there's also not enough people on the floor to ask for help or they have no clue what the customer is talking about. They need to train the employees better.. if there's a restriction on returning an item they should have it on the receipt and

Very uncomfortable experience. A female employee by the name Keisha who was wearing a scarf in her hair was the one who made me feel like this. I was minding my own business checking out an item I was planning on getting , reading the description just taking my time, because I should be able to. When Keisha then approached me passive aggressively saying " are you going to buy that" in a very rude tone as if I was stealing! & continued to linger around me. Like that was crazy. I've never had this happen in my life and it made me feel very uncomfortable and just ready to leave. My whole experience was ruined. Passively trying to accuse customers of stealing is crazy. I've worked in the same industry before I know that is not how you go about things. I really hope she gets retained on rules and regulations.

There is no real vegtable/fruit area... Just 4 vegtables/fruits??? Take your 10mins and drive to the next walmart super for your greens! The time is worth it

Still good basic stock and prices. I miss the work clothes they discontinued. But mostly good, floor workers much more helpful than managers or cashiers. Using shoplifting news as excuse to lock up underwear?? Makes no sense whenbyou havr 4 "greeters"

They're locking up more and more merchandise and you can't get anybody to unlock case. Pressed call button for 20 minutes and made multiple trips to customer service to no avail. Couldn't find any workers on the floor who had keys to the case.

if i can give this store 0 stars i would. this walmart has the WORST management. do not work here at all ! they are not understanding nor even accommodating. they will fire you if you even get sick and have to call out. you will get a write up if any miscommunication happens. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER !!!!! not to mention Ana and Janelle are both RUDE.
