DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. A bunch of incompetent rude misfits. Provided this company with an approved grant to care for my 88 year old father. Called on 11-28-22 to confirm receipt of approved grant and was told by staff member she needs to check with the owner, Lynnette Francisco and will call me back, but no one ever did. Called again later that same day and left messages for staff and the owner and no one called back. Called on 11-29-22 and asked to confirm approved grant and availability of staff to care for my father. Same reply by another staff member. The owner will call you back. Finally spoke to the owner who was a crazy, unprofessional hack and spoke over me while I was talking. Lynette also yelled at me as if i were a child.
