Wish I could give 0 star.Waiting for more than 30 minutes to open platinum saving account and they said they will close in 30 minutes, not enough time to help me. Will never come here again.

Good location with plenty of parking space.There are 2 ATMs.If you want to open a bank account, they don't prefer if you didn't make the appointment in advance. (I was driving through and wanted to just open a bank account but unfortunately, they asked me to make the reservation even it was no one waiting there at 2pm. So I ended up opening a bank account successfully in other branch.

I finally had a chance to use the actual financial services at this location. I interacted with Banker, Kenny Tuan Deo, who was professional and a pleasure to work with. I was closing out a CD and moving some money around. During my transaction I also got introduced to the bank Manager, Christina Carrera who was very friendly. I might as well mention the other individual I worked with, Teller, Yazmin. No surprise, she was also a pleasure to interact with. I like this location; everyone has always been professional and courteous. Great staff.

These 5 stars goes directly for the team member who helped me with my transaction- Lizbeth C. She was exceptional- personable, efficient, considerate, and great sense of humor. I've had good customer service in the past at other locations but Lizbeth was absolutely the difference!

Two Financial services on their desk without clients. One manager was sitting behind the Cashier window. Ten Customers waited in line , one Cashier was busy on transaction with a Business Customer. There is only one Cashier by the windows.

I give this branch a zero star, the manager there is absolutely rude and gives zero cares how long people are in line for. Their were seven people working there today and only one person was actually working!! How is this possible?!? Manager Cristina is a real piece of work, also the Asian lady in a suit walking around doing absolutely nothing. Why are they there?!?

Don't bother coming here without an appt. One hour before close, but no bankers here and teller line is nearly out the door. Every time I've come here, there are no bankers, no customer manager, only 2 tellers, and a line. Every time... but no more.

I usually don't give bad reviews but the service was appalling today. We were helped by Veronica as our bank teller. My husband and I just got married last week, so we came to open a joint account to deposit all our checks we received that we're made out to both of us with my new last name. First the bank teller said they are not able to open a joint account for us because they are understaffed (there was nobody in line and the "manager" sitting behind her was texting on her cellphone). She then told us to go try a different branch?? Then I said ok well can my husband deposit them into his individual account because his full name is on the check and I would also endorse the back by signing it. She said nope she would get in trouble. So I said oh you will get in trouble for that but not for turning customers away because you are not even trying to assist us? I have never had worse service in my life. Bottom line was we needed to open a joint account to deposit the checks, but they couldn't help us open a joint account so we are basically SOL. Will not be coming back to this branch.

Slowest bank ever I wish there was another good one closer. Every time I come here there is 1-2 tellers and a manager that watches the line of customers grow. This was actually a old review I never finished and came into the branch today to post a review saying how slow it is lol

I rarely give one stars but this is deserving.Wells Fargo over here does not have any customer service. What's more? If you pester them they say to call customer service. Calling customer service, they will pretend that they cannot hear you when you try to close the account. If you call back, they will pick up to the point when you say you want to file a report and close your account, then they give you the silent treatment.At this location, no employeees nor managers can be found to complain to. Essentially they trap you here.Having a credit union, I've never seen this. It got so bad that I had to call another branch which gave me the same treatment as this goldenwest location.I had to call a local credit union for advice on how to detach from Wells Fargo. My parents have banked here for 30+ years but their customer service and employees are nonexistent, the booths are like ghost towns on a Monday at 1pm despite lines out the door. What happened to greeters at the front door and bankers behind cubicles in the 1990s? They don't even have a security guard anymore. Abhorrent business practices.

Wells Fargo as a whole has always been able to take care of my four businesses, however this branch Eddie is the manager in particular cannot seem to have money on hand and or he creates different requirements from day-to-day very inconsistent. I will use other branches to service my business needs and if need be I will close my four business accounts.

Probably won't come back here. Workers are like zombies. Don't talk to you or anything. Lines always long. Needed to wire some money waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they don't have anyone to authorize my transfer. Wtf?

I went into the bank and paid for something and they provided me with a receipt that have NO information. I swear a grocery store receipt has more information that. They also said it needs 10 days to show on your account l, which is unrealistic. I wanted to talk to manager, and a BANK does not have a manager in this location and only one banker. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
