THANK YOU JAMES! I don't know much about the inside of this store, because I spent about 30 seconds in the store itself. But.. I am someone who has hit a bit of a rough patch in life. And when it rains it pours. The very nice older gentleman with the accent I can't quite put my finger on, and the younger gentleman James... with a very simple act of kindness, turned my extremely stressful & hellish day, into a quiet and calm evening of relief. They were very kind, compassionate, and understanding of a difficult situation. And I cannot say enough good things about these two men. Thank you both. I'll not forget this. And I'll pay it forward,

The pharmacy is a cluster ****. They put you on hold for over 20 minutes. They can't find a called in prescription from my physician, which when i talked to another employee, they find it. They will tell you a prescription will be ready at a certain time.2 hours past that time, it still isn't filled. Suggestion, find another pharmacy.

50 minutes just waiting to get vaccine. I had a appointment and i was there on time. What is the reason i scheduled that then? WHAT A WASTING TIME! Slowest pharmacy. I left from pharmacy and 5 minutes after they calling that i am in the store or not. DONT WAST YOUR TIME.Please read reviews and think why too many people wanted to leave this reviews because so many people waiting here for NOTHING

Just like the previous reviews, do not even waste your time going to this pharmacy. I had an appointment and even checked in 10 minutes early. I still waited 30 minutes past my appointment time while 10+ people who walked up in line received help first. No communication or professionalism.

The pharmacy manager needs replacing. We arrive before our vaccine appointments. There is no other customers in the pharmacy and it still takes 50 minutes to get our vaccines! Then she takes a lady with a later appointment ahead of us because "she's only one person." And while if asked I would have said yes, she didn't even ask! I have two 5 year olds that have been waiting 50 (!!!) minutes and you're going to take an adult who arrived after us with a later appointment first?!? Terrible customer service and we I'll not be back.

Shane, Yanni, and Yen are amazingly helpful store is very clean I had to get something unique for my respiratory device which unfortunately Was not in stock but they took the time to look up a resource give me the address and provide me the phone number in addition to that I did find other things in the store that I can use so I wanted to say heads up we're doing a wonderful job thank you!

The pharmacist named Yes was extremely rude and unhelpful. I wasn't even asked if I had taken the medicine before or needed any information about what I was getting.

They are currently doing Covid testing in their drive-through which means you can wait like I did 30 minutes to pick up your prescription

I went into this Walgreens and started to have a mini stroke I couldn't see so I was rumbling through the readers trying to find something to help me see, I ended up dropping more than a few, nobody came to help me, and I had lost my balance and could barely walk and when I got to the register nobody would come to the register it was as if they were watching me on camera thinking I was some drunk who couldn't walk, I had to call out 3 times for someone to ring me up and the cashier treated me like I was a degenerate instead of someone who needed someone to call 911. I tried calling the manager the Monday morning after this happened she said that conveniently there were no cameras by the readers, and was told an "incident report" was written but I have yet to hear anything about their cruel negligent staff. I shopped at this Walgreens nearly every day, now I go to CVS across the street.

This review is solely for the photo department. Usually when I come to pick up, the employees can't find my orders, are so confused, and make me feel stupid for coming in for orders they can't find. Today, the male in the photo department was so competent, swift, knowledgeable. He helped find those orders in less than two minutes. He is the best walgreens employee I've ever come across. Thanks dude from photo!

Walgreens had the absolute worst answering system. I want to speak to a human at the current store. I can't even get a hold of any person at all you have to follow the prompts, none of the prompts give you the options that you want. It's not the stores fault, But Walgreens needs to get this under control someone should be answering the phones at all times a human not an answering machine especially for people with Covid vaccine appointments

This is hands-down the worst and most unorganized pharmacy in Huntington Beach they have no idea what they're doing and don't respect anybody's time.
