I wish the employees would make eye contact, greet and then speak to customers instead of just talking AT people, as though they have captured the patron's attention prior to the exchange. The person who was standing at the Customer Service counter today should be in warehouse until they are taught soft skills OR interpersonal skills to know when they need to take a time out to regroup themselves. Service has been atrocious the last 5+ times i have visited which is why i am giving this review. The store needs more employees... unless ur building an AI to replace them somehow... but consumers prefer kind humans who want to work and be in customer service.

Had a Amazon return. First and last time returning there. Ask Customer service where is the return. Dude with the beard looked annoyed and said "Behind You". I turned around to the cashier and waited in line which he clearly saw. Only to be told to go to the kiosk which clearly was a lot more than just behind me. What an idiot.

Their produce section is always fresh & the area kept clean & sanitary at all times! However, their Amazon returns section is either closed to serve customers or we use the self-serve drop-in returns kiosk in the corner next to the coffee station. This one employee with a dirty-looking half-beard was rude to everyone returning their Amazon products & yelled at 5-6 of us customers saying the auto-return kiosk is down & there's no one who could help us staff wise! He basically yelled at us saying, "There's no one here at Whole Foods that can help you people right now! Take your Amazon returns to either Kohl's or the nearest Amazon Fresh store!" Then he was ushering us out towards the door, flailing his arms like an unhinged maniac! I didn't get his name but he was very unprofessional & rude! He acted like he didn't want to be there at his job!

This location has nice produce and quality food. What it does not have is a friendly staff. I can't reach the highest shelf and need to ask for some help. While the staff will comply they do so in silence. Check out was no exception. The cashier didn't say a word. At the end he pushed my items to the end of the counter, then watched me put everything in the cart. While the store itself is nice, I'll be going back to Sprouts, they don't make you feel like an imposition. I've been to this Whole foods many times and the service keeps declining.

NO AMAZON RETURNS HERE. They don't accept Amazon returns. I've been trying to go for a month straight to do my Amazon returns because it's the only Whole Foods around this area but every. Single. Time. They claim their self service kiosk is "down" (for weeks straight? Really?) and apparently none of the workers want to touch the Amazon returns desk with a ten foot pole. So instead they put a sign saying that Amazon returns are suspended for no reason, like... what? Just get rid of the damn kiosk and desk then if none of you want to help guests with Amazon related items.
