The basic internet from spectrum is better than the internet this company provides. Constantly losing service, and we have to pay $75 a month for 18 megabytes max. If it’s the weekend and your internet goes out you have to pray it reconnects or wait till Monday when they open back up. Oh and then they lock you in for a year contract. Please do better by improving your service.

We're forced to use them due to our mobile home rules. It is incredible how terrible their service is. My phones hotspot is faster and cheaper. Over $70 for slow internet. Legal robbery imo

This company is terrible to have. If I could give it zero stars I would. Unfortunately, where we live it is the only wifi company you can use. They never return calls. Wifi is always out. They are closed on weekends as if we only need wifi Monday thru Friday. I have been with them for 4 years because of no other choice and it has never gotten any better. If you have options do NOT use them.

I was looking to upgrade my phone system from analog and Joe Partise and Wilogic Inc. were able to get my office into the 21st century. I couldn't ask for a better team of professionals to come and take care of our phone system(s). If you need to upgrade your system, I recommend Joe and his team of stellar professionals to do it. It’s honestly surprising how bad their internet is for the price. We pay for the “high speed” package which is almost $100 a month and we barely get 10 down, and connection frequently drops, sometimes for hours. No more than one single person can game in the house at one time. If they didnt have a monopoly on our complex I would much rather have gone to a different ISP for higher speeds at less cost without drops. Its so bad that I wont even think of renewing the lease where I rent. Definitely go with literally anyone else(if you have a choice).

These good reviews gotta be fake wtf is going on over there? You guys actually don't know how to do your job, not only does the WiFi suck when we got it we are paying more now and there is absolutely no improvement. None of your techs know what tf they are doing. They all say the same damn thing and nothing works. But where stuck in a contract and I'm pretty sure you guys do contracts is cause your service sucks a*** Can't even load a picture on my gallery. Btw I made this account to clown on this horrible service. So don't bother. Can't even go on the WiFi ALONE without lag or not loading at all. Might as well use a stick to find WiFi. You're far better off then this garbage

I love gadgets but I am running into one problem and maybe God can help me because I don't know what to do. Everything I buy something nice I noticed that somebody stalks me & steals it so I won't advance & that's messed up. I thought that was the rule you can't or shouldn't want to steal from me.

This company is fabulous. World Class Customer Service and high quality internet service. Jeff Rhue & Jeff Hanks the Managers are remarkable.Wilogic is very reliable. I highly recommend. I have been a customer for 7 years and refer all my friends and relatives.

Hands down the best internet service provider I have worked with. Before working with Wilogic, I had to deal with Spectrum constantly disputing the speed issues I had, despite paying them an outrageous monthly bill. When I finally got someone on the phone who understood the problem I was having, they promised to send a technician out the "next week sometime" and between 9AM and 3PM. Ridiculous. Wilogic has been phenomenal, and I appreciate being able to speak with real person, who actually understands how things work, and can deliver what they promise.

The wifi is really slow and inconsistent. I've tried to like this company but man it's so hard. Each time they've came over "it works fine" but I'll try to watch a movie or play online games and get kicked out 2/3 games.

When the connections are working, WiLogic is a good internet provider. However, it's not as reliable as cable or fiber optic services. Where I live we can't get cable or fiber, only satellite or WiLogic. Satellite is too slow for the price so I have WiLogic. I've had cable and fiber at previous addresses and both were superior in the reliable connections arena. When I call for service because of an outage I'm asked to unplug my modem, give it 5 minutes, then replug it back and let it reboot. The process takes anywhere from 15 minutes and up. I am so fed up with rebooting this thing I've started the reboot ritual before I call (it's a waste of my time because the outage is always with the provider) and it's very frustrating. As we become more reliant on the internet, the up time at WiLogic needs to be more reliable before I can give it 3 stars which I consider an average provider. When I had cable, I would reboot the modem once a month at the most. With WiLogic having outages at times daily, weekly and at least twice a month. My recommendations are this: if you can get fiber, get it. Cable would be my second choice if it's available. Satellite has changed too much lately so I shouldn't have an opinion on their services. WiLogic is good when it's working but, as I said before, it's not reliable enough for me to give it an average rating of 3 stars or more.

Internet is very slow and disconnects randomly all the time. Very unstable and over priced for what you get.

I had a discovery call with Kelly; she was very professional and informative. I wanted to learn about transitioning from Google voice to an actual business line. Kelly walked me through the entire process, and she even contacted her department to gather additional information. I very much appreciated the excellent customer service.
