Our Zadro TWB2C Towel warmer stopped working after a power surge. Reached out to Zadro Customer service. They requested some basic information. Troubleshooting trick didn't correct the issue. They sent us a new one. Now that's Customer service. Highly recommend the towel warmer. We were missing it.
