I was signed up for a policy and cancelled the second day. I specifically told the agent I needed full coverave since the company that financed my vehicle required it. I payed the $450 for the policy and the finance company told me they needed full coverage and that the insurance I had was liability. I then told the agent lets upgrade the policy to full so that I was in compliance with the finance company. The agent then told me they were not offering full coverage at the moment. So I told her I wanted to cancel. She then said ok but they could only return $130 from the amount I had paid. Very frustrating.

I see all these 5 stars and I wish I could say the same. I got Adrian’s 2 years ago and never had to contact them but when my daughter got into an accident. They are not covering my daughters accident and they cancelled her insurance and I still to this date have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I call get put on hold and then they hang up since June 14th. No help what so ever.

Their reps are rude and have really unprofessional communicative habits; they don't announce who they are when they call or text, they are blunt and are pushy. I tried to get a quote online but they are apparently unable to provide one with just the information provided. What a waste of time.

I called Adrian and asked him to quote me the price for insurance on my new car and he got a good rate for me so then I sent him my information and he had the auto insurance policy set up and ready to go in about one day. Adrian is very helpful and made it convenient for me to get auto insurance.

Big Shoutout to Heidy for her professional customer service and knowledge. Always being very helpful every time I would call about asking when would alliance’s transfer my insurance to Infinity Insurance. Helping me setup my auto payment for the new insurance I just got transfer. Adriana’s Insurance really good job on hiring nice and professional employees.

People get a real insurance company, this is not the way to go this coverage will not cover u in a real accident. Real insurance has ur car in a body shop in 2 hours and pays in less than 24 hours unless there is a death. Make sure ur deductible is $250-$500 anything above that means u don't have enough coverage and is for sure a Law suit against u so u better be ready to pay out of pocket. Having a car n driving is a liability if u get a personal law suit it will basically cost u ur life. Cheap ain't the way, bc if u can't pay a monthly premium I'm pretty sure u won't be able to pay for an attorney nor a law suit fees, court fees, recovery fees, liability fees plus plus plus damages an ur 1000 deductible with 25k liability is not going to cover any car on the road or ur car, the rise of inflation n the average cost of a car is 30k-112k. U better pray at that point u don't hit anyone n u better be the safest driver out there or else u better have 100k in cash in ur bank account or birdies u will see. Remember insurances should also cover ur personal law suit fees, plus paying a deposit plus a monthly payment wth is that. If u add a car ur insurance should be cheaper not more n no deposit required. At the time of an accident you should have a line to call n wait no more than 5 mins n the agent should say will take care of it all have a good night sleep a tow truck will be there in 30 mins n ur car will be taken to ur shop of preference with the rental ready to go n a full tank of gas.

Disappointed with customer service. I call to reinstate my insurance and the agent good since October they can reinstated you have to get quote again. I ask for his name 2 times and he never provided for me. I been a customer for more than 8 years, getting quotes it's easy in 1 click Adriana's can lose customers. I call back and hopefully the supervisor approved to reinstated must wait 20 mts for them to call me back.
