Today December 1st. My wife had problems with the vehicle, she went to the Auto Zone and first they told her it was the battery, and after the alternator the car died they made her pay for a battery, and they also wanted her to buy the alternator. That's a theft, the problem was another: I wanted my battery back and they didn't want to give me the battery. It's good

This autozone closed at 8:50pm, they were unwilling to open the doors. According to an autozoner, “it’s close” when google says at 9pm.

My car was stuck at a restaurant 3 blocks away from this autozone. My battery was completely dead and passed its limit. Employee Jose Anaya was so nice and was willing to walk three blocks to my car to check the battery and even gave me a restart. I was able to drive my car to the Autozone and he even assisted me with getting a new battery and changing it as well. Very grateful for this kind and amazing employee! Thank you!!

Store Manager absolutely sucks,I asked for a in store credit with my old battery return and he sent it to my credit card with out my approval. When I told him that my card has been paid off and I wanted in store credit.

My Toyotas taillight was out so I decided to stop by AutoZone. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee named Jose Anaya. He immediately helped me find the correct part for my vehicle. I asked him if there was someone available that could assist me to replace the bulb. Without hesitation Jose immediately went out to my car and replaced the bulb for me. I was so greatful and relieved that he would take the time to help me. Jose really showed me that he cares about the customers needs. AutoZone really needs to recognize Jose Anaya. He goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and exhibits excellent customer service. AutoZone is lucky to have an employee like Jose Anaya. Thank you Jose and keep up the good work.
