Called and made an appointment, then had to push my appointment time back due to the tow truck taking so long. They were very accommodating to this and there was no issues. They listened to my issues with the car, and within 24 hours my car was all finished. They called to let me know the issues the car was having, didn’t push anything on me sales wise, very straight forward. The guys working the front were awesome, and very friendly! Also the AC was blasting inside which was a nice break from the heat.

I'm very satisfied with my visit today. I called ahead to Leonard, the service manager, and was able to come in same day for my lifetime service alignment. I received a free courtesy inspection to check corrosion level of coolant and brake fluid. Coolant passed but need to replace brake fluid.

Stay away from this place.Poor customer Service.I walked in there and there was knowone at the front desk..they did notice me pulling up and didn't even bother to Help.too busy talking and ignoring their customers.is not the first but it will be my last time going there for help with my vehicle.If I can give them No stars I would.but unfortunately that's the process to leave a review they don't even deserve a star.so if you want to be unnoticed go there if you have all the time in the world

I brought with you my Dodge Ram 1500. for an oil and filter change, brake fluid change and tire rotation. and wait 6 hours. and I could tell that they did not give priority to work but rather to talking between mechanics. They also stole tools and accessories from the truck that he had just bought at Auto Zone. I am very dissatisfied with this experience. I will personally go to the store to talk about this.

I went in for a tune up and oil change. They also check to see if I need anything else. They explained things to me and when I should come back. I have had my car for 3 years Firestone auto care are the only one I let work on my car.. I have not had any trouble with my car. I tell all my friends to go to Firestone auto care
