If I could give 0 stars I would. Those two old bags that run the store always following you to check what your buying and stay on your back like leaches! The customer service is really bad and so is their hygiene. She started yelling at me with that hot a** breath uh uh #getthemfired

As many people that have gotten horrible service here can relate to the bad customer service from the Hispanic guy in about his mid 40s has an unacceptable behavior I'm a regular at that GNC that has spend a lot of money on protein and pre work out in the past and the guy just about eyes me the whole time when I'm browsing through the products it's really uncomfortable and unprofessional.

MAN WHAT A DISSAPOITNMENT. first of all i wanna start with i am the MANAGER OF LA FITNESS DOWN THE STREET IN SLAUSON. i came by on February 8th around 1 o clock to BUY $200 Dollars worth of preworkouts and supplements. Let me tell you everything i have walked in to a supplement shop or gnc , the customer service has been outstanding they go out of ur way to ask you if u have any questions or any help. OFCOURSE going to a supplement shop with a bunch of pills drinks and all kinds of brands can be intimidating for a consumer so the least we ask for is a little bit of guidance. Older gentleman in the cash register hispanic in his 40's RUDE A** HELL. i was there with my parentner & simply asked him about a product & he said u cant read ? "It says it on the label" and then he goes on to say "i dont know" u should research it. BEING A SMARTASS. I simply asked him a question the least he could have done is have a good attitude but know he made me feel like we were bothering him & like he didnt want to be there. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I dnt recommend this shop ppl. Take ur money & go purchase elsewhere, thats what i did. I rather buy somewhere that ppl will give u that customer service

I was there today at 4:30 pm an old lady kept following me and my friend around she made us feel really uncomfortable we were smelling the oils they have there to see if those are the ones we need for our candles she was extremely rude and not happy to be there old lady with glasses black shirt

Wow I went to this place to buy some vitamins for my kids . And I started to ask this lady questions about what vitamins she recommend for a 2 and a 10 year old and she had like the worse response I was honestly going to shop vitamins for all the family but she honestly ruined the moment and I left and on my way out I ask for her name and her name was Silvia . Give this lady some customer service classes. Not going back ever again

Never again shopping at this GNC again! poor people skills and bad customer service. Hire people that want to work the mexican lady gave me the dirtiest look as I was leaving and the man working there was just following me around while I was trying to shop with my two kids like if we were going to steal.

I had called about a promotion that GNC had going on and the person on the phone politely told me that I can come in store to purchase the items the next day. I go into the store and a lady at the front desk refused to help me and said no that I couldn’t buy those items that the person before her said that I could. She also refused to do an online order for me so I wouldn’t lose my points even tho after googling it, says GNC does allow customers to place online orders in store. Terrible customer service she was clearly doing nothing but just staring at the supplements instead of helping and or checking to make sure.

They didn't accept a return for an item that was delivered to me by mistake (online order). On the GNC website it clearly states returns can be made to any GNC store. Guess this isn't one of them according to employees. He informed me to contact customer service and sure enough they let me know chances are they didn't know w to process it so refused the return.
