I went in for a return 3 days ago, I had lost my receipt & had the pleasure to get helped by Pablo from returns. Super kind, noticeable and great energy. He helped with my return & was able to locate the exact item I needed. I really appreciate how easy he made the whole process. Appreciate all the help.

We went to Home Depot tonight to get a refund for a canceled order, and to pick up an item that we called ahead for. Unfortunately we left with neither a refund nor the item that they said they had an hour earlier. We had made an online order and paid partially with a gift card. The cancelation email said to visit a customer service desk to get the refund on the gift card. After 25 minutes at the customer service desk with three employees and one manager, he tells us that we have to go to the store that canceled the online order. It does not say in the email that you have to go to the particular store. At no point did any one of the four of them apologize for the time that it took or for the inconvenience. An hour before we came to the store, we called ahead to see if they had a particular table. We have them the item number, and they confirmed that they had a few of them. When we arrived, we were told that they thought we were talking about a different table. Even though we gave them the specific item number. Really frustrating experience from a customer service stand point. A complete waste of time.

We have become to Home Deport for martial supplies improvement to our house. We have coming to Hpme Deport for years things we need it from paint,title,air conditioner and other items. The prices are great that's why we come to Home Depot.

Animal abuse! They are trapping pigeons and denying them food and water, their manager Louise Miguel was rude and hung up on me, corporate was also rude. I've had terrible experiences with online orders from Home Depot and now that I know they are animal abusers I will boycott them. Shame on Home Depot, shame on corporate Home Depot

I went to the home depot late in the afternoon, I had a hard time finding an item & had gone to customer service asked for help & the only person who approached me to assist me was Pablo. Everyone else was talking in groups & had their phones out. He was very pleasant & easy to talk with. Helped me locate & purchase a range hood & created a will call for pick up. Best service from him!

I can't believe it. It's not even 30 minutes until closing and an employee literally locked the door on me as I was walking up. No sorry. No explanation. Unbelievable. I come to Home Depot for everything & have never experienced this lack of customer care. I'm not here for dirty looks, I know exactly what I need and where to find it. This group needs a pep-talk.

For everyone who thinks good customer service doesn't exist at Home Depot. Let me change your mind. I ordered a toilet on HomeDepot.com and picked it up at the customer service/return desk. Diana was the associate who helped me. Unfortunately only after the plumber I hired to install it was done hooking up everything he tells me the toilet seat was missing. Hmm...okay. I go back to the store and I see Diana again and told her what happened and she they gave me the toilet seat from a box of the exact model. The toilet seat was elongated for this particular model. Then I get all the way home and the plumber says, this is not the right seat and I said "how can that be?" and he says it's elongated and it didn't fit the bowl. The bowl for the toilet I got was round. Sure enough we found out after it was installed that the toilet I got was not even the right one. Someone had either switched out the tank or it was an open box or shipping error. But the plumber wanted to change me $100 more for his time and labor, even though the mess uo wasn't on either of us, so I had to go back to the store to try and explain what happened and to see if I could somehow get refunded for the difference, since paying ans extra $100 would be more than the entire cost of the extra flushing power Glacier Bay toilet I already purchased. After several trios back to the store, and once I explained to to Diana and showed her pictures, she explained it to the supervisor and even found the model of the lower cost toilet that I got by mistake. They were able to issue me a refund for the difference and even gave me the correct toilet seat (round) to fit the bowl of the incorrect toilet. So they not only resolved the situation, they made it right and saved me from spending another $100 for the plumber who wanted more for labor, understandably. Diana, thank you so much, and to the staff and manager at this Home Depot, you guys are the best. This could have been a "not my problem" attitude which could have left me not only disappointed but with extra money lost for a simple installation. I'm a very happy customer. Thank you Home Depot!! :)

-20 stars came here Sunday afternoon I had to return a couple items i had to encounter the worst employee yet with the worst customer service in this store. I'm a daily customer but hardly ever have to return stuff but the one time i did i get the most inconvenient service from a young girl named DEBORAH. she seemed very unmotivated, bothered and unwilling to do her job.

Worst customer service. I hope you don't need a shopping cart . Was advised by the entrance girl to look in the parking lot. This is the second time coming here in a week and both times had the same experience.

This is one of the worst Home Depot where I have ever been. Want to struggle to find a cart or a caddy or anything for 1hr, or spend 30-40 minutes in line? Come here. I doubt management does not know that, yet they don't staff the place or provide enough carts to shop. Disgusting their disregard for customer service.

On 2/1/21 My husband purchased over $600.00 on material. Unfortunately he couldn't find an item and asked an employee for assistance. Employee was very rude and not helpful at all. As my husband walked away this employee said "Go F*** ur mother"! In Spanish. My husband filed a complaint with assistant manager Henry Ramos. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. My husband spends thousands of Dollars at this and other locations.

Don't go here, I'd rather drive miles away than come here. Line took over 20 minutes And I waited 30 minutes for a pallet of concrete to get lifted on my truck which the assistance never came so I had to physically move every bag off the pallet by hand. 90lb bags of concrete. Worst customer service here.
