“I don't usually take time to write reviews but the exceptional service that Maristel Vasco, the Relationship Manager VP Long Beach branch has definitely went above and beyond her job description, she had closely followed up on my application, answers phone calls, emails and any client inquiry efficiently and speedily. She take time to answer questions and able to multi task to be able to deliver results not just in time but even ahead of due dates. The process of my refinance was not smooth sailing but Ms. Vasco's service recovery has really made me relax during the process. Ms. Maristel Vasco is a true gem in your company. I was very pleased that Mayra, one of the bankers, worked with me for a very long time - even through lunch - so that we could get things done. She had to deal with the legal department on the phone for document approval, and had to get her manager to approve other things, and I was very impressed with how she stayed on task until she was able to close several accounts and hand me cashier's checks.”

“Given the fact that this branch is understaffed, it's still a great place to bank. The staff here tries their hardest to help and keep the customer happy. There is only so much management can do when it comes to staffing. People that complain here, complain because they don't get their way. At the end of the day I see everyone trying to move the line. They have ATMs, so if you don't have time to stand in line use them. Stop being rude to the staff, and appreciate that they go to work everyday to serve you. Treat people how you want to be treated and how you would want people to treat your loved one.”

“I have had consistently great service here. The lines are usually short and/or fast in the mornings. The tellers are courteous and helpful.I love that I can do mobile deposits via my cell phone and set up all the services I need on their website. I only wish I could use my cash-back balance. It has been sitting here for 5 years or more! There's no way to use such a small amount ($28.00).”

“Came here to help my mom deal with the accounts that my mom and dad had together. The banker my mom had been dealing with over the the past few years was pretty awesome. I was weary when we walked in and was waiting to bombarded with "special deals" or other things to move her money into. Instead, Joe Cortez was super helpful. There was lots going on in the bank but Joe was very professional and took his time helping my mom. He explained things thoroughly to my mom and was just super patient.
