Why are all Wells Fargo bank so busy with only 2 agents during busy hours ? And why chat about things that has nothing to do with the bank transaction while there's like 30 customers waiting in line ? Not the right time to chitchat when you have over 30 customers waiting.

Considering Wells Fargo was just fined 3 billion dollars, you would think they would update their practices.This location is always full with a line out the door. You walk in and try to speak to a banker, only to find that all the desks are empty and the manager is nowhere to be found. Once an employee does notice you they are at adamant you need to make an appointment with a system that has appointments weeks down the line. I find it comical that Wells Fargo employees had time to open fake accounts, but no time for legitimately opened accounts. The most worst ethical workers. Absolutely no type of respect. They seem to be tired all the time. The tellers do have a good attitude but unfortunately the people working at their little cubicles. Seem to be not happy. Why are you here if your not happy.
