The workers are Greedy people I brought my 12oz yeti cup I asked the guy how much to fill it with coffee he said 2.00 when he saw the logo he said oh sorry 6.00 I said how much he said 6.00 I said fk no he said “you ok it look at cup” so what because I have a yeti cup your going up charge it’s no bigger then the foam cups they sell with coffee for 2.00 but because it’s yeti your now going up charge me to 6.00 nah I’m good keep your coffee
Reply to the owner: it’s unfortunate that you as the owner would reply back with such a comment before conducting a investigation and finding out that in fact the incident is true and correct the employee who I talked to was young about 5,6 or 5,5 a beard and long hair. look at your cameras when I entered the store they was also a group of guys in the office to the right of the service counter watching videos for you to call a customer a liar with out having the facts that your employee was 100% in the wrong and my statement is true and correct says a lot about how you run your business and how you really feel about your customers the customers are the heart of your business next time before you call a customer a liar have your facts and do a little research so you can see the customer is being honest how about you be honest and take responsibility for your employees poor actions moving forward I will instruct all my employees to long longer use your gas station for company fuel purchases and I’ll also instruct them to do business 14 minutes to the south up the road at the ez trip your comment just ended our business relationship.
