“I bought an old vintage Toyota in the middle of a work trip, and tried driving it from Burbank to Humboldt, and I made it as far as Huron / Coalinga before my head gasket yeeted itself into a full meltdown. Coolant and oil slurry everywhere, melted plastic and hoses, a real mess. Ralph had it towed in, and while I hitched a ride out of town up north, he found all the specific hoses, gaskets, reservoirs, and parts, and had the ability to send the head to a machine shop to check for warping and resurfacing. I had the car shipped up today (he was able to watch over my car for quite some time until I was able to arrange transport) and it drives like a new 45 year old car. Fantastic work, an absolute lifesaver, and a joy to work with, all at a great price!”
