Best experience and service! I reached out to several places urgently looking for a company to complete a well/water inspection.
Staci from Fisch Drilling and Pump immediately responded to my online inquiry and answered all questions. She took the time to listen and provide a quote, schedule and proactively provide all info to make sure our inspection was set up for success.
Garrett came out to do the inspection and was awesome! So professional and knowledgeable - he took the time to explain how the whole water system worked and educated us on so much.
Once we received our results, Staci summarized the findings and sent over the report to make it easier to understand.
It’s really obvious that this team cares about the customer and are experts at what they do.
100% recommend and will be using them for all of our future needs!

Fisch Drilling and pump are so kind and very professional. It seemed like family doing my water filter because of the way the went step to step to determine what was the problem. To me I would definately use the service again because of honesty. Pure and simple they never change the price for 30 days so you can decide if you want the work done. I personally liked the fact the project was a contract you signed and they signed. Wow was I impressed. To me the only rating I can give them is a AAA+ A Great Company and friendly staff TY so much Chuck

If you are fortunate enough to connect with the folks at Fisch Drilling, you're in good shape. The service here is outstanding, the price reasonable, and the quality of the work is unsurpassed. From the folks in the office to the on-site experts, the organization is focused on identifying what you need and offering up a range of solutions. I've been lucky enough to have Dave out to my property a handful of times to setup a water system that pumps from a creek and pulls from a spring, and he and his team didn't just make it easy, they educated me along the way, making sure that I knew how to use the system, that I knew how it works, and that I understood how this system can respond to different conditions as our water situation changes. The people at Fisch gave me confidence that the system works AND that I can now address minor issues because they've trained me so well on how it works. And it's not just residential they do, the organization does everything from home water systems to large industrial/commercial water systems and filtration. I can't say enough good about the organization, the service, and the people. This isn't just the best water services company in Humboldt County, I think it's the best in the nation. These guys were very professional. They worked with me on abandoning a well and saved me some money. They also hit 15 gallons a minute with a 5” casing on the exact spot I chose. That’s more than anyone around me. Thanks Dave!

I have tried not to put a review but I now have no choice. I have been waiting months for them to come permit my well it has been a lot of excuses as to why they can’t come out. I Put my deposit in and now I am a sitting duck. They couldn’t come out in the winter months even though we didn’t have much rain and now they can’t commit to a day they will be here this summer or even if it will be done this summer.

They put money over commitments and customer service they delayed and delayed out well drilling servicing other people until it was too late and too wet. They will make no commitments as to when Rude Rude. Once they have got a contract signed and a deposit down who knows when they’ll come and actually do the work. DONT. USE THEM

After great disappointment and problems with the other local well and water supply services, Fisch Drilling is a welcome change. They showed up, and showed up early, for their first visit to assess our problem, and took less than 1/2 hour to figure it ou and clearly explain to me the course of action. A parts estimate was provided the next day, parts arrived in a week, and they were out to do the repair (pump replacement) withn two days of that. The man who provided the assessment and the one who leat the installation were both very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I am so happy to have finally found them!!

Really fantastic people to work with. They took the time to explain in lay terms what is going on with my water and gave me several options for how to resolve it. Because I wasn't able to afford a permanent fix right away, they did their best to get things as good as possible with the situation. And did a great job with that, which bought me a lot of time, even though there wasn't much reimbursement for them in it. When I had a piece of a storage tank break, they came out the day I called to replace it. They've been on my property several times when I haven't been here and I've found them to be completely trustworthy. That alone means a lot to me as a single parent. I can't recommend them enough.

extremely talented, professional, courteous, family owned and operated drilling company. dave is always honest and will try to save you money wherever he can, unlike some other drillers in the area(watson). he believes in representing his company and the industry as a whole with a high standard of integrity which is seldom found in the world we live in.
