Do not use this bank, do not deposit any money, do not open an account. You will not get assistance with any issues involving your account. This is not run like a bank. Its run like a mom.and pop gas station. They change rules based on how many people are in the bank when you ask your questions.

I switched my accounts to this local bank thinking it would be "nice to bank locally with a small bank". What happened next was one of the biggest regrets of my adult years as I have had less access to my deposits, more hidden fees, and longer wait times as they transitioned into the PNC family. The "PNC family" gives zero thoughts about its "new" clients, making them change account numbers, screwing up addresses, and creating massive excuses to why they're "corporate takeover" causes massive delays on things like receiving new ATM cards (8 weeks later, they arrive with the wrong names on cards) or clearing funds in a timely manner (I'm going on day 9 of not having access to my paycheck- no real reason provided). It's not just this branch- it's systemic. I went to the desert location a few days ago and watched a teller telling off an old lady about how she could no longer use her "old cards"- as she stumbled to explain how she didn't even have new ones yet. The whole ethos here is so rude and cold- nothing like the BBVA "local town" feeling I'd expected. The experience has been equal parts laughable and absolutely unacceptable. So unless you have no other choice, I don't recommend anyone do business with BBVA or PNC.

On Monday the branch was closed due to no employees working. So a notice was posted by somebody to go to the Hemet branch. It is against federal law for a bank to be closed for 3 days. I did call the Hemet branch and asked why two or three different branches couldn't each send one employee to cover. I was told no one else had a key to get into the branch. Hmmm. Well, who showed up to post the "closed" notice? Why not send one of the temporary coverage people to the manager's home to GET THE KEY? What a louse business model.

The branch manager at this location Is a rude c-wordShe should have been put out to pasture along time ago.The lady gave me grief about coming in.I wouldn't need to come in if their junk atm actually worked.

The bank is in a beautiful setting. The people are nice. The bank experience is strange, when you ask to do non teller business like open another account, the staff insists you need to make an appointment. Even if there are no clients in the building and 3 staff present. If you call the 800 number, they tell you no appointment is needed in their banks. On the website, there is no way email customer service about an issue. Companies that do not want to have anything in writing and prefer you to call are shifty. Researching other bank options. The app will not let me in because they want to force a password change. My password is secure and works fine on the website.

A small-town bank with full service you'd expect from large communities, Jeri Sue Haney, the Manager, is completely professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable as is all the staff!

Recently waited around 20 minutes for service by an associate. Only 2 were available. One was handling a customer at her desk while the other was letting people in and out of safety box area. Once she was done with that task of about 10 minutes, she bypassed us, standing in plain sight, and gave us a "just a moment" finger upon arriving at the desk where the other woman was speaking with a client. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I turned to see the client ask the blonde associate who passed us up if she felt we need service as even he has noticed we have been waiting quite a while.

If you realize that you are going to be short, it doesn't matter if you cover it before the charge comes out, if it's in the same day, you will be charged a $32 fee. They are closed on a Saturday everywhere and have the worst ATM I've ever used. So, as long as you never make a mistake, don't need to bank on a Saturday and have little to no need for a working ATM, its a fine bank. I think I'll be using my BofA account from now on.
