Great hometown market. Prices are reasonable considering everything has to be trucked up the mountain. They do have some great buy one get one deals is you look.
Produce in fresh and plentiful, meat department is small but well stocked with the essentials. I will say I love that they have thrifty’s ice cream. Rocky Road all the way!

I've been shopping here regularly for 20 years. Friendly, like shopping in Mayberry and definitely progressive, everyone will feel welcome here. It's a small store but surprisingly has a broad selection for it's size. Great cheese selection and a decent offering of ethnic items sometimes even unusual, but of course there's a lot of international students. The prices are competitive considering this is all surrounded by national forest. This market is frequented by locals and visitors alike. Yes you can get things a little cheaper down the hill, but I hope you'll enjoy your 2 hour scenic drive and don't mind spending your savings on gas. The best thing I can say about the place is it matches Idyllwild perfectly. Aloha

Quaint adorable store with most everything you need. Most items were ridiculously overpriced, but that's to be expected with a somewhatisolated mountain town. Over all, not enough to deter me from visiting the next time I'm in town.
