They often have some really great people, but not for long. Turnover is horrible. They cannot seem to keep anyone.And, for the umpteenth time - I travel, often for extended periods. Each time I have called and told them that I need my prescriptions filled early, because I will be traveling.I give a clear explanation to the person who answers, but I never get them filled. And I never get a call. So, every time, I have to go back. Very frustrating.

Came to Idyllwild Pharmacy on a Sunday and the pharmacist just happened to come in on his day off and he was so kind to come back in the store and open the back to get my prescription for my husband. I love this pharmacy, they always go above and beyond to help you out.

Love to shop local, support local businesses and spend money locally. Have lived here 20+ years and been very charitable with my money. Having said that, this business is a train wreck, won't survive as it is run and as it is currently constituted. Hopefully for the communities sake things will change for the better as it can't get much worse. Tried to get a prescription filled for 3 days, one excuse after another. First it was an insurance authorization issue even after I hand delivered a hard copy of the authorization from the insurance company. The last excuse was the drug was no longer available in the prescribed dosage. After getting fed up with the excuses, I had my doctor's office send the prescription request to another pharmacy and it was filled in 20 minutes and ready for pickup.

I enjoy being a helping hand and am very greatfull the lord blessed me with a new job hear, I like that everyone keeps a focus on it being about helping and pleasing all of the customers that walk through the doors quickly and professionally. Its been a big learning experience & I've gotten to meet alot of fantastic and interesting locals, I plan to make this a long-term career, with lots of good memories and create many positive relationships with other residents hear in idyllwild

Great service. I needed one thing in particular and couldn’t find it. Pharmacist came out showed me two products that would work and explained the pros and cons of each. Cashier is very friendly.

I enjoyed walking around this quaint old town pharmacy. You can pick up your drugs here and they carry essentially everything you need to take care of a mild ailment plus other knick knack items likes cards, games, stationary and snacks. It reminds me of the local pharmacy that use to exist from my childhood growing up in the late 80's/early 90's, before pharmacies became big corporate well lit conglomerates- you know, the low ceiling, velour carpeted, cozy/ small and warm kind. You can even get photocopying done here and picture prints.

In store needs are fine, trying to get a prescription filled is impossible. The past two months I have gone to get an important prescription filled, and I'll I hear is, "we're still waiting on the doctors approval". I finally called the doctor (I know, I could have called sooner). They said they have not tried to contact them during this entire duration. ??? This isn't the first time I've had this same problem.
