I've been coming here for over a year and for the most part it's been okay but for the past 2-3 weeks nothing has been stocked back up and today I saw a homeless person restocking items and the lady working the counter with out a care in the world on her phone video chating. Not gonna go there ever again.

They don't treat you with respect or not polite either.Not greeting at all.They give you a look like they are so busy to take care of you.( Customers).I don't Recommend here at all.

The old, chubby female with the glasses and bows in her hair... yeah. I could imagine working at a convenient store could require a little assertiveness and the job itself comes with STUFF, but sheesh. This lady is aggressive and the absolute reason that I will not be returning to this 7-Eleven. We don't need this in imperial Beach. She rang me up for three Celsius drinks they were advertised 3 for $6. She gave me my total which did not reflect your offer. Furthermore, when I asked her why one was $2.69 and the other two were $2.99 and why they were not all at 3 for $6, she said that's the price and that's what it is. Then she finally hit a button, bringing my total down to where it was supposed to be and claimed it was because my rewards hadn't gone through. I didn't use rewards. She then asked me "if I want it or not". Clearly. But as a customer, I'm allowed to question why my total is wrong? She also couldn't explain to me why they were different prices. She said it was due to the flavor and that a cherry Coke is a different price than a regular Coke... I only gave you two stars because of your espresso machine. But you absolutely lost a daily customer

This is possibly the best location in all of IB not only due to the friendly customer service, and also due to the extremely clean aisles, fresh coffee and food being available no matter what the time is and are actually willing to help you no matter what product you are looking to look for. I would definitely give this location 10 stars if I could.

I go in with my 3yr old daughter and she picks a snack and drink, when its time to pay she puts her things on the counter and says Hello, the employees always say hello back and actually try and talk to her not just smile and ignore her like other people do. It makes her and I feel very nice and I like that my daughter is acknowledged and validated.

Please talk to your employee. That works the night shift. This morning. Like every morning. I went to buy coffee. Had my own coffee mug for refill. Never had any issues before. But this employee. Has a poor customer service skills. He told me that. I couldn’t used my own coffee mug. Please talk to him. I live on 13 th street live there for 30 years. Loyal customer. I think. He got madd. Because one morning. I stop by to get coffee 6:00 am. Coffee pot was empty. I asked him if he can make a new pot of coffee. His respond. I don’t have time.
