Bad store Out of stock of basic condiments. No mayonnaise packets. Clerk says they have been ordered , but have had no Mayo a keys for months (?) No regular sugar packets or turbinado/ cane sugar crystals... only the chemical fake sugars blue , pink packets , yellow. Half and half dispenser'out of service' No regular half and half creamers out for use Only flavored (imo - chemical , artificial tasting) creamers. Very disappointing visit Seems like this out of stock situation has been persisting for a while , with no effort or interest in improving quality of Coffee station. I see this in more than a couple 7-11's in Imperial beach and Chula Vista Some coffee areas are great , meanwhile others are sad. When you encounter a dismally outfitted coffee station at a 7-11 it's a waste of a trip. You need to get back in car and go somewhere else. And ever since they started advertising the $3.00 large coffeee and Dounut ring .... 7-11 almost never , ever have any Donuts rings in stock anymore. Why not start fixing that Already. If your selling a. Ton more , order more per day for the store Common sense right ? Hello! We'll cross this 7-11 of the list of 'good ones' Two younger employees chatting, chilling behind the cash register , meanwhile coffee station is miserable. Not among better 7-11's in the area.

Extremely disrespectful, the cashier working @ 7/11 13th street and Palm. He called me a "Bitch" called the police accusing us of "?" don't know what? Friends and I entered store laughing and taking selfies...don't know what bothered him...I did respond because I feel that he was disrespectful for no reason.

This is the most disgusting 7-11 I have been in. It's filthy the floors the coffee machines the shelves. The manager here and the owner should be ashamed of them selves. The 7 11 on palm has far more traffic and open 24 hours and is way cleaner. Literally, the health department should be called. That's how disgusting this 7 11 is. I am gonna go back and take pictures!

Dirty counters. Slime growing in drains. Manager has an easy trigger prompting rude behavior. I should have known when the store was empty on a weekday morning.

it says 5.09 for 3 rockstar energy drinks but if you dont pay attention they charge you 3.50 a piece, but I guess that's just 7-Eleven for ya..

I deliver medication to HIV/AIDS patients all over San Diego. All the 7eleven folks are so friendly, but Imperial Beach, Hillcrest 4th Avenue and 30th & Meade are exceptional. Wish IB would put the Big Gulp cups and lids out again like the rest of the stores, tho. It stops me from shopping for other stuff...
