“My new go-to battery place in south Bay Area. Just several miles from my home. Ironically, another company referred me to Julio C Battery because they didn't have the battery that I needed in stock. I procrastinated with one car and the other car had to keep getting jump start. At this point, I decided it was time to get my replacements on both, asap.
I had arrived at the Julio C battery shop. Greeted by Julio's daughter who appeared to be running the shop today. She was helpful and informative about the batteries, etc. The shop had all kinds of batteries that were ready to go. Both of my car batteries were replaced in no time. I honestly thought I would be waiting for an hour or so. Service was quick. Staff were available to conduct the change out without issues.

“thank you to the store manager Victor for being so helpful and patient with my online order return. The first time I went here they were unable to access my order for a pair of rhino ramps I ordered online, so I ended up going home and having to confirm with their online support. It turned out that my return barcode was not in the store's local inventory system hence the refusal from the first visit. Online support communicated with Victor and sent over the invoice and needed information to process my return. Thanks for the help and great service”

“O’Reilly’s had the part I needed, and the store was easy to find. Prices were about average, and checkout was quick. The only downside was the customer service — some employees were helpful, but others seemed rushed and not too interested in answering questions. Overall, it gets the job done, but there’s room for improvement.”
