Compared to other CVS locations in San Diego - this is by far the cleanest and well organized location I have ever walked into. They offer merchandise that other locations do not carry. I can shop peacefully, not worry about the products I love being locked away behind a glass case. The manager is a stellar individual with great customer service. I made the mistake of setting down my COVID test that I had paid for at the pharmacy and was charged for it. However, returns on COVID test are not possible. I was offered store credit or the reward dollar thing (part of the CVS rewards program). It was my fault and in no way the sales associates. They were super kind about it and honestly I'm happy regardless. I've never used my coupons and learned you cannot use them towards alcohol and that's a bummer. It's okay though lol. Overall my experience was great and I had to circle the isles because of how nice this place was on a Thursday night. The pharmacy associate though could use some training on customer service. He did not look happy and I didn't get a thank you/you're welcome exchange.

Very poor customer service. There are never any carts, so if you are disabled don't bother trying to shop here. When asked about the carts, pharmacist straight up ignored me as if I was asking her about nonsense. When I asked the manager he gave me a half answer and no apology as if I was being unreasonable for wanting to be able to shop there. I love CVS but the one really sucks. Also their vaccination corner is dirty/has trash. They do not clean it for each use, and pharmacists do not wear masks when dispensing vaccines.

The pharmacy here is on not top of things.Seems like they don't care, you are just another face. The computer texts you sometimes and sometimes it doesn't when your Rx is ready.

Zero Stars. Came back today to give them another chance. The lady who gave us a hard time last time was actually not bad today but the girl behind the register who helped us today name "MIRIAM" was absolutely horrible. She told us they no longer accept coupons anymore which is really funny because that's not true because in the end they still let me check out with coupons. She just kept looking so angry and laughing the whole time so I had to ask her what I did to make her so mad? Maybe because she doesn't like people who save money? Not sure but they definitely need to train their employees better. I've been to so many CVS everywhere and this is by far THE WORST one. Definitely not going to return again Forsure after this time.

Terrible customer service, rude employees, work in the area and you would think a pharmacy would have a functioning bathroom. Supposedly its always out of order ( more like to lazy to clean it) unless all the employees are just taking dumps in the parking lot

I've been trying to get a hold of the pharmacist departments and NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE . I've waited on the phone 3 times already for about 15 min each call and nothing ! Went in yesterday to see if my prescription was ready and advised that my clinician said it would be ready that afternoon and the pharmacist looked at me "annoyed" and said " well clinicians say a lot of things" . Really ? It's my first time picking up Meds for this CVS and it has been an awe fui experience . Next time I would much rather drive 30 min to the clinic than 2 blocks to cvs .

This CVS is located across the street from my house. You would think it would be a great convenience but I would rather wait to get into the Walmart or drive to a target to get the one item I need. Marco is horrible. Has no sense of what good customer service is. Every experience I've had with him is awful. And I'm done. I go to the counter with my item and give him my number because I know I have a coupon. He gives me a total and I asked about the coupon. He says it's not on there. I show him my phone that says it's on the card. And he just tells me that it's probably on another phone number. I told him this is the only phone number I have and he continues to stare at me and says well sorry. He needs a 101 on customer service. I said thank you and left without purchasing. I've never met anyone who was so uninterested in helping their customer. He's just rude and I would not have him behind the register even though he is a manger.

I was at this store last week where Gene and Marco were completely unprofessional. The AC was not working and so the whole store was a sauna and they were just laughing about it as Gene ran to Starbucks to get herself and Marco Frappuccinos.I pointed out to them how dangerously high the temperature was, they just said that the ac might not be working and thanks for my concern. They did nothing about it other than fool around and put our lives in danger. This store is disappointing and unprofessional.

Marco the cashier told us that the sign that displayed "50% off select Christmas items" (which is on huge signs through the isle) doesn't apply to lights. If there is no identification of what is a select item, how would I know before I get to the register? I used to work at Vons. If we made a mistake on sintax on a sale, we would apologize and give it to the customer for that price, then fix the confusion immediately. Not cool CVS, super dishonest

We had a prescription and even with our insurance it was going to cost $300 out of pocket to get the medication needed. We were shocked but did not have any other choice but to pay it. The technician Catlalli went above and beyond and found a coupon for $300 to cover the cost. What a true blessing and we want to thank Catlalli for taking the time and caring enough to make a difference in people's lives!! This was appreciated so much. People like her change lives.

I saw some of the other reviews. It's true that this is not a great neighborhood. I don't think the employees can do much about the neighborhood. I have been to this pharmacy at least five times and every single time I've been here the pharmacists have gone out of their way to find me the lowest prices for my medications and the people at the front checkouts have been helpful and pleasant. I can't find anything to complain about when it comes to the CVS. They've been really nice to me.
