not recommending cecelia personally.went in as an existing customer and as i sat down she said since im a new customer it was 350 off the bat.. explained im an existing customer than oh 155$! as she realized. (shouldnt assume! ive been going here for years, same job just need to update current info. she says she needs all my info again... its not in the computer !! bull !! thanks for nothing Cecelia, went down the block to next h&r block.. as a walk in !! had apt at last place ! and guess what. they pulled up my info , no questions asked. and taxes done. !! as it should be. will be going to another location now. This is not how to treat a repeat customer !!!thank you Damien for helping me out and making my taxes easy and effortless.

Me and my husband went to get our taxes done today at h&r block with yerma Solis she did an amazing Job she's friendly explains everything and very knowledgeable she can even make an appointment for next year you don't have to do it it's already done so I did I'm already set for next year thankyou yerma you have a client for life????

The receptions super nice and sweet but the actual person who was supposed to help had an attitude was not helpful at all we literally sat down for less then a minute and I would never go back, the only reason I am giving two stars is because of the receptionist

They messed up my taxes and now i have to wait another 4 more months to get my taxes!!! Ridiculous so upset and can't do anything about it. Next year I won't be filing at this office or with HR block!.
