7-22-23 SMH, this would have been my First visit. I was there on time. 6 employees, only 3 were with customers. They gave me gel color selections. I looked through many, old colors. Finally found "something". The guy moved it from where I was setting, then came back to say "where is the color " I choose. Gave me basket again. At this point, you pay up to $100 for mani/pedi and They can't keep track of the color choice, they Never started water for pedi, Never said hello. This was the first time I have Ever left before service. I promise you, I will NOT be back, thank you for saving me MY $$$, poor service.

Truly one of the best nail salons in town. They bent over backward to make sure I was happy and even changed the color when it didn’t turn out as I thought. I can’t say enough kind things — GO HERE FOR YOUR NAILS

I made a appointment and I waited for 1:30 before they can even start my nails. The owner over bookers her self and she runs around trying to do everything. Worse service ever they lost a customer

Luxurious nails were so accommodating by accepting a very needed last min walk pedi ! KIM you did an amazing job on my white toes I love them your service was great and even with helped me find parking haha I will be coming back

Went in for the first time without an appointment and they were able to take me for a pedicure right away. Everyone was very friendly. CiCi was attentive and detailed. Overall, great experience and plan to go back. Thank you CiCi!!
