Went to the store to get a new phone since my phone was broken Mary helped me.out and gave me a really good deal she hooked me.up witt accesories and her costumer service made me feel like she was being friendly then just trying to sell me like at other places definitely coming back here to buy my kids phones here thank you mary you deserve a raise

This review is for Luis. I want to say THANK YOU! After being in the T-Mobile on Palomar in Chula Vista and being treated horribly, that I had to file a complaint for the employee named Alex my experience with you was completely different! Although the wait time was slightly long (approx 25-30 min) it is understandable as it was only you and one other person with many waiting. You still made sure to greet people as they came in, have a smile and work quickly. You were attentive, helpful, kind, treated me with respect, and resolved my problem fast! That is the way a customer should be treated. Thank you for assisting me!

Had the manager Eliana help me out and she was rude. I don't care if your having a bad day you need to show customer care. Not sure if I'll be returning to this location again unless they remove the manager. Now instead of driving from down the street I have to go to the other TMobile store.

The customer service at this Tmobile is amaaaazing!! Luis first of all is a huuuuge help his costumer service is awesome! He helped me set up with purchasing my new phone and was very calm and understanding. Big thank you to the manager Eliana she's so sweet! This is the only tmobile I will be coming to that's for sure!
