“Coronado Ferry Landing is a great spot to relax and take in the waterfront atmosphere. It’s especially perfect if you’re planning to catch a boat ride across the marina, with easy access to the ferry and beautiful views of the water and downtown skyline. The whole area feels calm and scenic, making it enjoyable even if you’re just there to walk around.

One of the best parts of the Ferry Landing is the variety of food options nearby. There are plenty of places to grab a bite, whether you’re in the mood for something quick and casual or want to sit down and enjoy a meal with a view. It’s convenient to have so many choices all in one place.

Overall, Coronado Ferry Landing is a fun and laid-back destination that offers more than just transportation. Between the boat ride, the marina views, and the solid food scene, it’s a great place to spend some time and soak in the Coronado vibe.”

“The location sits right near the international border in San Ysidro and has a huge selection of stores spread throughout a stylish open-air layout. The architecture, planters, walkways, and courtyard areas make the entire mall feel much more upscale and attractive than many outlet centers.

As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series, I have spent a lot of time around the South Bay and border region, and Las Americas Premium Outlets is one of the best outlet shopping centers in Southern California.

There are multiple high-end handbag and fashion stores including Michael Kors, Kate Spade, and Coach along with a strong mix of athletic, casual, and designer clothing shops.

The food court is also surprisingly solid with a decent selection of places to stop and recharge during a long shopping trip.

Parking is generally very good considering how busy the center can become, and the traffic flow through the roundabout entrances is laid out fairly well compared to many large malls.

After years of traveling and writing both thrillers and the Maui Desire Romance Series, I have come to appreciate locations that feel energetic and international, and this mall definitely reflects the unique border atmosphere of the San Diego region.

It is a clean, stylish, and very well-run outlet center with one of the strongest retail selections in the South Bay.”

Family, friend hangout feeling. Plug your laptop, charge your phone. Sooooo much better than other places. It's my #SweetEscape place!”

“Be careful driving around here. A typical outlet mall. There are some pretty good deals. It has a lot of duty free stores as it’s close to the border. People do not pay attention as they cross the street. Neither do cars. Parking can get a little tricky but there is plenty on the backside where you can see the border wall.”

“This center had been declining a while back, with the closing of Sears and other stores. It is much better, especially with the various choices of restaurants (both sit-down and fast food). Macy's and JC Penney also help it keep going. Construction is in progress where Sears used to be. Have heard it's going to be housing. If so, it would probably infuse the center with some "new life."”

“Sadly I have seen so many shopping centers steadily go downhill the past 5 years.. We have all seen it with our own eyes...
Vacacies, shady retailers, not well lit at night and parking lots full of pot-holes.
Not Terra Nova. Parking lot remarkably well maintained. Great sit down and fast food restaurants. Two great sporting goods stores. Smart and Final is always clean and organized. Plenty of parking. Plenty of banks. An Einstein Bagels which I love. A wonderful local coffee shop. I feel fortunate to live close by. All I can say is this center is very well managed by a professional and experienced property management company. Thanks for that ?”

“McDonald's discontinued some of my favorite foods. The grilled chicken sandwiches, fish sandwiches, and all of the salads are gone. I know they are just doing what they can to stay in business, though. One thing you can do is customize your burger. You can choose your toppings, choose single or double of the small or quarter pound burgers. You can also have Mac sauce even if your burger isn't a Big Mac.”

“I've watched the mall change over the years. The retail and restaurant mix remains relevant. The arcade was a needed addition; It's also very important to have recognizable anchor tenants.”

“First time going to this particular location. I think this was the first time i've been in this brand store and there wasn't a line at the checkout that was wrapped around like a disney ride.”

“What an awesome outlet!! I felt like I haven't seen a lot of the shops here compared to others we've been to. We happened to be in the area and decided to check it out before we headed back home to the valley. Great outdoor space, lots of seating and a tonnnn of shops. It felt endless!! It's right by the border so you can literally see the wall which is crazy. We walked around for a good hour until we called it quits. We didn't get much sleep the night before and it was already close to 3pm and we still had about a 2-3 hr drive home. We popped into a few shops, grabbed drinks, but mainly went shopping at Bath & Body!! I was so surprised to see a bath & body at an outlet. I stocked up on candles which is mainly what I needed most. It was incredible. All candles were $10 off AND they had scents you don't see anymore. I bought enough to last me a few months. It was extremely packed inside this tiny bath & body shop but a lot of workers to help out. The line was super long but went quickly because of the amount of workers they had. Great shop and great outlet overall! Can't wait to visit again. IG: @ammysalamii”

“Positive : a lot of the shopping centers are very close by walking distance.Negative : a lot of homeless people in the area and it smells bad . Also a lot of peculiar activities within the homeless encampment. Some of them can get agresivo so just be careful.”

“Price Breakers is such a fun place. A real San Diego staple and legend. Been going since the 90s… got some nice pieces over the years and real meaningful like my engagement ring ?? My fiancée swears by this place. His favorite jewelers. Most recently got some grillz for his bottom teeth. He loves them. The clothing stores are fun to look in and have some good deals and stuff you won’t find elsewhere.”
