I just discovered this UPS store near me. In the past I had to travel quite a distance to get to a UPS store. This one is in between Coronado and Chula Vista and is very conveniently located on Palm Avenue.

Really nice, quick customer service. Got my passport photos taken there and the employee was well trained in all the specifics. There wasn't any waiting, but it may have helped to go at a less busy time such as late afternoon.
