I met Marvin who showed me their European rolling tobacco, which is very hard to find in San Diego (and much finer, more moist, and easier to roll!). And nothing personal but I noticed that the people that are complaining are complaining about the wrong thing. They should be complaining about the education they received or lack of. If you can't read or write then you should definitely not care about anything that wrapped the wrong way or cracked. Your main concern should be if the owner can even understand what you wrote.
