I wish i could make this in my part because of how dumb I feel on my part but i over paid them in 200 bucks in cash!!! I bought 8 vapes th8nking it was gonna be 400 instead of 200 and forgot to count the money and just handed the guy the money and walked out without even thinking. Over a month later my boyfriend goes in and is talking to the guy and my boyfriend mentions and the cashier asks my boyfriend about me explains the situation, asks him to FaceTime me, and gives my boyfriend the 200 bucks they set aside from the last time I had been there. I won't go to any other other vape shop as long as in cali without a doubt, they WILL have my business as ling as I am here, I tell all my friends about them they are the place to go and super friendly

Yikes! To start, this is an amazing smoke shop but my experience today has ruined it I was spending $100+ a week on kratom, thinking the employees are awesome, but their not (or at least one isn’t.) I am quite obviously presented as FEMALE. There’s no way anyone can mistake that, and nobody ever has for a while, I do look obviously trans, but this is california and most people respect it.Today one of the guys working there made the extra effort to misgender me. He called me “man” probably over 10 times. So to end this review where it stands, I have to label Tommy’s Tobacco as NOT a lgbt friendly establishment.
