A package was undeliverable because my unit number was left off so I called and the woman who answered the phone (should have asked her name) went out of her way to find it and actually called me back and had it sent to my place the next day saving it from being returned back to the East Coast .thank you so much for you help. Great job 👍👍👏

My all time favorite hole-the-wall post office in Imperial Beach. Service was fast and efficient today. Typically there are 1-3 staff members at counter ready to take care of customers mailing needs. Staff are also friendly.
When walking into this location, you will expect to hear music in the back ground, either a short or long line that goes out the door. Rarely, you will see this place empty but the line moves.
Like: credit and debit card accepted
Dislike: parking can be a challenge, but today (the last hour before closing), parking lot was empty

Been using this post office for over 15 years. Never had a bad experience at this post office. They are helpful, friendly and down to earth.
