He’s not some cheap salesman trying to sell any product to you to put your money in his pocket, he’ll ask your fitness goals and if you choose something that doesn’t fit your goal he’ll tell you the product isn’t right for you and keeps it completely honest and professional. Over the years I’ve sent 50+ people to him and all have said the same thing and still go to him this day. Nothing but the best product and the best service here.”

“I have been using Abuelitas secret or Tin man's oil for 4 years now. It has helped me and my entire family so much. We all use it just ordered my great grandma a bottle! Great for my back pain and knee pain. I also use it as preventive care before I do Zumba so that I don't hurt myself. It is seriously the best pain reliever for me being so active at 48 and my son who played high school baseball and he would use it alot on his sore pitching arm. I highly recommend you try it.”

“I've been to several nutrition/supplement shops in San Diego & this location is by far thee best! Both the store owner, Egon, & his other employee (sorry completely drawing a blank on his name right now) have been very helpful when finding specific products. I feel like their supplements are reasonably priced and quality has been decent (in the past 2 years, I've only bought one preworkout that was clumpy - although I did find it on the discount rack). In addition, shoutout to Egon for always recommending the best tasting protein powders . Another bonus to this location is you're able to purchase Celsius by the case - mix n match flavors.(I've been to other shops that frown upon the mixing flavors ) Only neg is parking can be difficult - it's Downtown after all.”

“The deli sandwiches are absolutely incredible, ZERO complaints on that front. If I had to pick something to complain about it would maybe be the wait times, but honestly even at that, it’s not that bad.
The grocery side has some great looking produce, the general cost of this store is decently expensive for groceries, but that’s to be expected on Coronado Island, overall this place has my proud thumbs up”
