“I manage a small RV dealer in San Diego and we had a mutual customer that was having his 5th wheel hitch installed at Desert RV Service so that he could come pick up his new 5th wheel from us. There were a couple parts that didnt make it in time for the hitch and our customer needed the unit for his vacation the following day. Joel Gonzalez from Desert RV Service hopped in his work truck and hauled butt almost 2 hours to our location (to make it before we closed) to get our customers 5th wheel and take it straight to his house and complete his hitch the following morning. I have never seen anything like that. Joel had a great attitude and our main priority was taking care of the customer. I will be referring anyone in the desert to Joel and cant say enough great things about his company. Inconveniences and mishaps happen every day, what matters is how we handle it, and he went above and beyond, driving 4 hours round trip, putting miles on his truck and spending a ton in gas, to make sure our customer got what he needed. Great job Joel, youre a REAL one :)
