“As a President’s Circle member, I generally have very high expectations when renting with Hertz, and overall this was a great experience. The staff was professional, the pickup process was smooth, and everything throughout the rental went very well.
My only concern was the cleanliness of the vehicle interior. While the car itself was in good condition, it did not appear to have been vacuumed or wiped down prior to pickup. It was not a major issue, but it is something I would expect to be addressed, especially as part of the premium experience associated with President’s Circle status.
Other than that, I was very satisfied with the service and would continue renting with Hertz in the future.”
