“I rented a car from Enterprise in El Centro, California on Saturday, January 13, 2024. Upon arriving and starting the reservation procedure I did not provide a passport that was needed as I was from Canada. Long story short...Marina Martinez stayed past her working shift and waiting for me to return with the proper documents. To me Marina went beyond to help this senior rent a car to drive to LA to see her grand daughter in a gymnastics competition. Thank you so much Marina for doing such kindness to me. Carol M.”

“I must say that my experience with this company was by far excellent! No other car rental place would allow me to rent a car for the weekend with my out of state license, being I just moved to the valley a few months ago except this company. I was treated with respect the deal on the car was phenomenal and the vehicle was awesome. Cheaper than anywhere else to be honest. They also protected my vehicle while it was on their premises so I had nothing to worry about while I was out of town for the weekend. With customer service and understanding like this company has, I will gladly spend my money to support their business. I will most definitely be using them again in the future!”

“I give it 5 stars because the customer service was GREAT! and they provided me with what I needed last minute. The car was excellent as well. The only complaint I have is that when I got in the car, the car smelled bad inside and it was dirty. The car had not been washed not vacuumed and there were stains in the floor, on the seats, and in the trunk.”
