I was given such great service, David A. was very helpful he made my day with such a great phone package that I had to come back the next day and got me a new upgrade as well. I a very statisfied in how David suggested and explained whats, if, and buts. he deserves employee of the year. he was friendly, humorous and very professional he knew his job and not many employees in any business have this young man attitude and knowledge of his job ... “I was having problems with my phone and it was like the third galaxy A14 that I had been though in a 2 months...I was dropping a lot of calls and T-Mobile was trying to fix the problem..well we decided to wipe the phone out (reset) fans they were talking me tough it and the phone was not responding... So the girl on the other end told me to take the phone to the store in Brawley and see what they could do... So me and my husband to it to the store and one of the guys(don't remember his name) ask me if he could help...he took the phone and got it to reset and was able to save my pics and my contacts. I was so happy. I have over 1000 pics that I really didn't want to loose... I've been with T-Mobile for 6yrs and I will stay will stay.”
“I had Mando and his crew replace the stock Toyota Tacoma speakers with Kicker speakers. Wow, what a difference, no amplification needed. I heard musical instruments in songs that I had never heard before. The installation was professional and I am very happy! The speakers are far better than I expected. I highly recommend Mando’s if you want to replace your existing speakers!”

Customer service is very straight forward, not the best. Its a business, not a chatting place. I believe at least 50% of the negative reviews are to guide customers to other business in town. Not cool.”

“I have NEVER been impressed with any cell phone store experience. But today was VERY DIFFERENT!Wanted to switch from Tello to T Mobiles Magenta plan. Was greeted by all three employees. A girl with a great smile volunteered to be the one to help make the switch for me. Her name is Nancy and she ROKKS at her job. I had to do very little...she handled pretty much the entire process. It felt great to walk out and having accomplished the plan I walked into the store with.Many of you reading this know that this is hardly the norm anymore. “Found across the 0arking lot from Aldi's in El Centro, Ca. I liked that the agent greeted us upon walking in and asked for my address. Apparently, Verizon doesn't have complete service in the city. Unfortunately, my address is in an area not yet covered. So the young lady saved me from having to wait at the back of line, only to be told 'we don't service that area yet' .I wish I would of asked her name to say thank you.”
