Company is a complete scam! First they towed my vehicle without letting the local police or sheriff’s department know. I thought my vehicle was stolen. Second, by the time I got the the towing site, they talked with the police past 5pm and demanded I payed an after hours fee. I argued it, and the lady in the front started cussing at me stating that I need to pay it. Eventually I payed it but I was informed by the police that this company is grimy and extremely unprofessional as I experienced today. Beware of these scammers

If I could leave a 0 for costumer service I would. This towing company is stealing peoples money by adding fees on fees. My car got towed by this company, it wasn’t even parked in their dirt lot for an hour and I was charged an excessive amount of fees. The costumer service was horrible. Honestly, these people are stealing peoples money.

Don't let the guy take your registration from the glove compartment... or go with him... Im pretty sure some $20 bills I keep there were gone after the towing...

If I could give a 0 rating I would they completely screw people over, they have no care for people, they’ll mess up your vehicles and trick you so they don’t have to pay the damage they caused to your vehicle. literally their words “should’ve looked at the car before you got the car, you deal with it”

Charged me 900 to tow my car from imperial to Los Angeles while I got on a flight and they decided to leave the car there and was abandoned and they stole my money.

Charged me 900 to tow my truck to la while I took a flight, he ended up not towing it leaving my car there and keeping my money do not trust them very dishonest people. This caused my car to get towed and incur several fees still working on filing suit.
