Unlike other posts, I had great customer experience. Wanted to ship a set of house keys to Canada, they took care of everything in a very friendly helpful manner. Was very impressed, the customer service was excellent.

Worker at the front was extremely rude and unhelpful. Plus, driver that needed signature did not come close to the house, and delayed my package for another day since he had already done so

The woman inside refused to accept my "Lithium" device package, which is only possible at FedEX Ground.
On the door outside it said "FedEX Ground"!!!!
And even though customer service told me that she had to accept the package, she still refused and also refused to speak to customer service, who was on the phone with me the whole time.
She also couldn't/wouldn't tell me where the next nearest FedEX Ground was.

FedEx is a service I have to use but it's not customer friendly. The app is not great. Trying to get customer assistance is a hassle. As far as this location is concerned, it works out for having my deliveries routed here for me to pickup. Sometimes there's a line of customers and sometimes not.

Very uncomfortable experience when a lady, Gonzalez, working today, was being rude and disciplining the other male employee working, in front of me and two other customers. While he was on a call, she came in and rudely said, “Stop answering the phone and help the people.” We had just walked in and it made me extremely uncomfortable. Then continued to explain to a customer that walked in behind me that her problems she’s been having were because of the coworker she was working with. And saying, “It’s his fault” repeatedly instead of solving the issue.Then, I was told repeatedly that I would be paying $18 for the laptop box I had to purchase, but it was more expensive at checkout and she said she couldn’t do anything about it even though the $18 price was displayed in the office and right in front of me and every other customer walking in.When she walked off, the same man tried to help me out by suggesting a different option which turns out wasn’t available. Instead of letting him know, “Don’t you know the white packages aren’t able to be used for laptops?” Was said to him in a condescending tone.Seeing another employee be disrespectful to another employee and not having a managers number to report it to feels terrible!
