Waited almost an hour for assistance over the phone. I decided to get a call back but you guys actually just right now at 1:47pm 08/24 called me again and hung up after I say Hello? What is going on? I can hear people and a woman is talking in the background but when I say hello it hangs up. Help your customers.

They are thrives everything about them, they nickel and dime you to death the customer service is awful they are rude have horrible attitude. The prices they charge for electricity is astronomical and they can do it because they hold the monopoly on power in the Coachella Valley we have no other options.

About Imperial Irrigation District
IID is a public entity in southeastern California with dual purposes. As a special district, IID is the largest irrigation district in the United States (in terms of water volume) and the third largest public power provider in California. IID maintains more than 3,000 miles of canals and drains, delivering about 2.6 million acre-feet of Colorado River water annually to the Imperial Valley, of which, 97 percent is used to grow food. IID also provides electricity to more than 165,000 electric meters in Imperial and part of Riverside counties. The district manages approximately 1,100 megawatts of energy derived from a diverse portfolio of renewable and nonrenewable sources, including its own generation and purchased power.
