I took my vehicle for an oil change and also for a Transmision flush there was a light bulb that wasn't working on my vehicle so I ask the service technician at front desk if he could replace the light bulb since they where going to do other work on my vehicle he said yes i had the new light bulb i gave it to him did't think much about when i get back to pick up my vehicle he says you car need needs rewiring i was shock because all they did was disconnect the cable that goes to the head light so now my signal light wasn't working and i was told to rewired my headlight which was about 1400 dollars so i took my car and i took a look at the light bulb and all it needed was for me to changed it and re connect the headlight which they disconnected at the dealer it took me no mor than 20 minutes to do it this dealership wanted to get over I trusted their work but now i think i would go to other places Maintenace because after this i don't know if they even do the service you pay for who ever goes to that dealer to do Maintenace be careful and get a second opinion because they will try to get over so they can make more Comision

The service department is TRASH. Every time I go same thing. If you have a concern for the car and there’s no light that goes off they won’t bother to look into it. The only thing they are average at is doing oil changes which takes 4-6 hours. The only reason why I bring my car here is because it’s the only one in the valley.

If you’re really looking for a good deal or a new car go to Omar and Juan Carlos I highly recommend them. They aren’t so pushy when looking for a car and they helped me with a price I was comfortable with, they were really patient but I highly suggest them!

The lady that works in the service department tried to tell me that to put for lug nut on my car was 200 dollars on top of the hundred dollars that I would have to spend to get replacement lug nuts because they didn’t give me the socket key when I bought the car but she didn’t know that I had already talked to someone in the service department before I got there and the price and story that the guy I talked to was completely different from when I got there. The Service lady was very rude and you can tell she was mad at the guy, forgiving me the information because every time I told her something that the guy told me she would look at him like, why did you tell him that? Then he proceeded to tell me that they had a universal tool that would take it off and then she told me that they would have to break the Lugnuts. I told her I said so you’re telling me every time I get my tires changed and rotated. They break my lug nuts and put new ones on. She had no answer so I left Because I felt like they were just trying to get money out of for something that shouldn’t be so expensive

First of all the Jeep was a POS.
Second so we're the criminals that worked there.
Those people we're professional thieves.
It took us months to get back our California sales tax we paid because they didn't fill out a form for a out of state sale. They knew it and was hoping we would give up.
We didn't.

As a recent buyer of a Grand Cherokee from Imperial Valley Chrysler, I wanted to share my experience. Overall, I found the dealership to be quite satisfactory, with a few areas that stood out.
From the moment I stepped onto the lot, the selection of Grand Cherokees was impressive. They had a good range of trims and colors, which made it easier to find the specific model I was looking for. The salesperson Xavier was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and answered my questions adequately. They weren't overly pushy, which I appreciated, and seemed willing to work with me on pricing.
The financing process was straightforward, although not particularly memorable. It was efficient, and they explained the options clearly. I didn't feel pressured into any add-ons I didn't want.
Where Imperial Valley Chrysler truly shone was in the final delivery of the vehicle. My Grand Cherokee was clean and ready as promised, and the paperwork was handled efficiently. The salesperson took the time to go over the key features of the car, ensuring I felt comfortable before driving off the lot.
However, it's worth noting that online reviews for Imperial Valley Chrysler are somewhat mixed. While some customers report excellent experiences, particularly with specific sales representatives, others mention issues with the service department. Thankfully, my purchase experience was smooth, and I haven't had the need to use their service department yet.

I took my car in for repairs with an extended warranty that they sold me. I've been dealing with their lies for almost two weeks now. They keep telling me they just need to send photos and videos of what needs to be repaired and that they'll call me once they get a response, but of course, they never call back. I still haven't received an answer, so I called the warranty company directly, and they told me they haven’t received any proof yet. Honestly, their service is terrible.

Let’s start with the stars. They don’t deserve even 1 star. I bought the TRX truck for $90k from those clowns over the phone trust them on the deal i trade my raptor and gave them cash on top ,they all was so smooth sales talk Diego and Erick from finance I trust them they delivered the truck with scratches that they didn’t told me or send me the pictures .i gave them spotless truck 3 sets of keys did video before I delivered my truck they love it. But they only send me 4 pictures of the truck that didn’t show all damages crack windshield broken key that i had to pay and waited for my money after a month and half truck had a recall they delivered it without completing it .i am filing a complain at DMV investigation unit they charge me $1000 for registration that I bought the truck at January and its expire at may. That’s a fraud i called them 15 times left messages emails and guess what they ignored me thats next on DMV desk . Truck needed oil change that i did and waited for my money .has a water leak from last rain that i need to deal with .i did remove first bad review cause they said they will fix it all so I believe them walla again dealer games this time it will say on and yelp next. Don’t believe those scammers. I believed on $90k deal and i got $100 treatment this is what they send me far distance pictures with damages after i washed the truck I found out .i contact the finance company as well to complain we shale see. Shame shame but not over i just started. My office attorney on payroll will continue and they will have to give an explanation to the DMV good luck scammers.

This dealer really puts customers first. From sales to service: they keep their promises years after you purchase the car. I bought my new minivan a couple of years ago, all services have gone smoothly and all warranty claims (e.g Luxcare paint warranty) have been resolved quickly and painlessly

They were looking for a way to deny my warranty. Thanks to Huntington Beach Dealer manager Arturo I was able to get my truck fix under warranty. In El Centro, CA the people from service were very rude when I picked up my truck and not even wanted to explain what they did to it. I asked and the service man answered me with “I don’t know.” Will not go back to this place.
