Friendly staff, made sure I was comfortable at all times. Dr was super gentle and explained every step of dental work.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They always make sure you are comfortable. The wait is usually short and the Dentists are beyond compare. I would highly recommend Brawley Dental Group.

Complained of severe issue with medication that caused me hearing loss/issues. No responses from the 2 times I've complained of the issue. I am a nurse myself and I've never felt so neglected or seen such neglect. I am currently dealing with multiple tests and possible surgery for my ear. I understand each medication has side effects, but like I explained to the receptionists id simply like to talk to a MD on what I can do whether it be tapering me off the medication and being prescribed a new drug. Says she will ask the MD and they will call right back. Nothing ever. I am in the process of filing a grievance to Tricare due to the neglect and all around quality of care I've received. Dont come here. They truly do not care about you.

Says open Monday-Friday 0800-1500 due to covid 19. CAme here at 0800-0830 waiting for the door to open and it's closed. What a way to do business wasting everyone's time. Don't recommend.

From what I hear this facility is really bad. I understand El Centro is a small town but no matter what, how you care for and treat patients is number one. I also know they refused service to someone due to finances. Good luck!
