I ask for appointment with asesor Natan, but he couldn’t help me & he ask to Adolfo.
They don’t know how much time they need to change “ONLY OIL MOTOR ”
I call after 3 hours to know if my car is ready, but no body knows. Adolfo was unable to answer.
NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

While they sell you a car, they are very friendly, but when you already have problems with the car, they behave very rudely and no matter how much you go and talk, and since they can't find the problem, they tell you to talk to the Toyota where they fix the cars, see if they will help you. .

What ever happened to the customer is always right?
"The customer is always right" is a motto or slogan which exhorts service staff to give a high priority to customer satisfaction."
I purchased a brand new vehicle in February this year of 2024. A 2024 Toyota Prius from United Toyota Imperial in Imperial California. Within a few months the left hand side of the air condition began to fog up with moisture.
I took it in for service with the dealer I purchased the vehicle from believing they would do the right thing and replace the defective part. They rejected the repair and the service manager "Mark Carter" went even further by insulting my character saying it was obvious that I caused the damage, basically calling me a liar.
So I reached out to Toyota's cooperate office in Plano, Texas for resolution and they rejected the warranty based off this service manager stating it was due to wear and tear. Wear and tear occurs over time and age, not in the time span of 4 months.
I'm still looking for resolution and what's just in this matter. If I can take a $100 product to COSTCO that's defective and have the issued resolved. How can I not take a $40,000 product that's defective to a million dollar cooperation to get the issue resolved. I don't see the logic.
I want to commend BMW. They do the right thing, I had an issue with my wife's new vehicle that I purchased from BMW of San Diego where the service manager made no effort to resolve which led me to reach out to cooperate who in turn resolved the issue and also financially compensated us for the inconvenience.
Note to Toyota, you can take a page of out of BMW's book.

Approximately 4 years ago. I went in search of a tundra to this place and ended up full to San Diego just because of the customer service (it was very bad here) last week I decided to go for another new tundra and give them another chance and buy locally and what a pleasant surprise to find the They gave me great attention, the seller asked what I was interested in, he listened carefully and gave me several options that were most similar to what I was looking for (I wanted an 8 cylinder but they no longer make them) he checked their inventory to arrive and informed me that it was 1 just like what I was looking for, I set it aside and it was a matter of waiting about 2 weeks for it to arrive, he informed me about the Toyota promotion in the tundra of the interest at 3.99 and he informed me about the warranty coverage and he let me It was up to me to decide which one I wanted and remove everything I didn't want. I was very satisfied and highly recommend them. The finance guy is a great guy too, they have an excellent attitude. I was assisted by FRANCISCO CEBALLOS. I recommend him to you. He has no problems with being honest and helping you with what you are looking for.
Congratulations to United Toyota Imperial, they have excellent customer service, they have improved greatly.
