We only knew each other less than 4+ months pity I hadn't reached out to him sooner I blame myself for that .I tried to keep my accounts and Michael did his darnedest to get me through several months of issues but alas he could not control the noise, frustration ,rudeness and incompetence from the internal departments that I interacted with directly .I am grateful for all he did and if you use the branch I am confident Michael would be a benefit to your relationship with this company if you use him directly to address issues versus calling corporate .”
