Stayed here for a few nights recently. Staff was very kind and attentive. Food was creative and excellent. Pool bar killed it with a frozen old fashion! Great place to hang while in the desert. Plus, plenty of extraordinary Tommy Bahama clothes options available.

Been there 6 times for dinner and drinks. The Restaurant is going from bad to worse. The wait staff was exceptional, professional and attentive....but the Management was MIA. We arrived a bit early for dinner and were told to move to another area, as the policies did not allow sitting in the Courtyard, when the Restaurant was empty. We later saw the so called Manager, hobnobbing with the Chef de Cusine, talking to select patrons, offering them personalized service and presenting them with a customized cook book, leaving other patrons to fend for themselves! The Management need training in both, how to behave professionally and organize running the dinner service so that every patron receives the same level of service and attention that a select few are given. The waitstaff that perform exceptionally are Brittany, Daisy and Marchello, who despite the shortcomings of the Management Team, made for a pleasant experience. If the Management team does not get its act together, the Clientale will dissappear as quickly as it took to open this Restaurant. Because of that, I give it an F ( Failing grade).

Very accommodating hotel and resort. Great location, and very warm and friendly staff. Rooms are pretty nice and very good size. Good beds that are comfortable.Convenient electric charging also available for up to four cars. Good food at the restaurants as well.

Beautiful grounds, really stunning and the main building and restaurant are just stunning! Love the pool, really one of the best in the valley -spacious, chill, and gorgeous! Ok that’s all the good stuff! Meh to weird stuff: great restaurant but no room service-rooms on the south side of the property are really oddly arranged-bed faces wall-TV faces windows and blank wall faces the view of the mountains?!? Bed had a lovely divot in-the middle-great for being cozy not so great for backs, sleep, relaxing ?, bathroom tiny like a refurbished holiday inn-just some odd inconsistencies. We tried it out cause it was the cheapest this trip and really won’t be coming back-grand Hyatt and Ritz and do many boutique hotels have so much going for them that there is no need to lose sleep-literally for poor maintenance!

Given the TB name I was expecting something a bit cheesy but was pleasantly surprised at how nice of a spot this was for lunch. The frozen mai tai was tasty and

We were four people for dinner. It took thirty min to get our salad, one hour to get the entree and 45 min to get dessert. The food was really good but the service was poor. We spoke to the manager and he said he would take care of the check in some way. He didn't comp the meal but he did comp the dessert. I'm a resident but will not return.

Gave me an invoice when I checked out and then charged me more than what was listed. When I called, they told me they had forgotten to charge me extra fees so they added them. Rooms were so so. Nice grounds. Mediocre food.

My friends and I got a day pass for $35 and really enjoyed our day at the Miramonte. You check in to the spa and have access to lockers, a sauna, hot tub, pool, pool bar, and a quiet area mini pool. The decor was super cute and boho modern all throughout the resort. There were a lot of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and some cabanas (extra charge) to pick from. The pool felt super nice and the hot tub wasn't too hot (which is good when it's super hot outside). The pool bar had great drinks and really good food! The poke bowl was a big portion and delicious! The fries (not on the menu) were really really good! Great day at the Miramonte!

This is not a RESORT as advertised. It is more like a Hampton, Hilton with the the name Tommy Bahama. Read the small print. They charge you $15.00 per day to park your car in an unsecured large parking lot. It is like going to the grocery store or mall and having to pay to park our car. The bar has changed too. They pour from a shot glass and a double costed me $36.00 for two ounces of alcohol. They charge you an additional "resort fee". Daily Resort Fee of $35 which includes high speed internet access, 24-hour fitness center, onsite wellness and yoga classes, daily 2-hour bike rental for up to 2 guests, in-room premium coffee and tea maker, 10% discount on cabana rental, 10% discount on Spa Rosa Retail purchase with 50+ minute spa treatment, discount at Indian Wells Golf Resort, golf cart transportation to Indian Wells Golf Resort, access to pools, bocce ball and firepits, EV charging station access, priority reservations at Grapefruit Basil. I did not use any of these and they would not take it off the bill. So many better places to stay at. Also, the gardeners were working outside my window using blowers and trimmers at 8:30am?

Beautiful property and staff was very nice and accommodating. Restaurants are meh. Lack of items available that most other resorts have on hand. A small general store for toothpast, ibuprofen, etc. No place to buy snack items like crackers, chips, pop, water, etc.
