“This PostNet store gets FIVE STARS. I shipped a large box to Italy using this PostNet store. Jeff, at the store, searched to get me the best price and the fastest shipper. Unfortunately, it still cost a lot and the package ran into an issue in Italy and was sent back to PostNet after sitting in a warehouse in Italy for more than a month! When I retrieved the package at the PostNet store, Jeff checked on the reason for the return and gave me a full refund. This was great because I am a senior citizen, living on a fixed income. Kudos to Jeff and his PostNet on Dinah Shore in Rancho Mirage!!! They do the THE RIGHT THING for their customers.”

“I usually go to the Fed Ex in Palm Springs but was in the area and needed to send a package off that I had with me, so I cheated on my normal location. I wish I remembers the young lady who helped Mexico she was so kind and helpful and seemed to really enjoy her job, I was joking around with her and her manger and although a brief experience, it was a pleasant one and appreciate their great customer service.”
