However, customers note the location suffers from having insufficient staff, describing it as a one man show. This understaffing is seen as unfair and potentially illegal, as hard workers deserve proper breaks. On one occasion, a simple refund request for incorrect items became a lengthy process, taking 15 minutes for what should have taken 3 minutes, due to policy confusion. While the doors are always open, some stores may have temporary closures for sanitation.
This location has gotten so much better over the years. I was really happy. I know what this location is missing though. It would be great if they had the new STRAWBERRY KIWI flavor from Beatbox. This flavor is brand new but it taste sooooo good and great for a pregame mixer!
