“Gabriella and her maintenance team were all over fixing my patio door this weekend. I call the leasing office and within the hour the office sent the maintenance guy out and he fixed my back door. Supper pleased with the results and always happy with how quickly and efficiently they take care of the property.. thank you once again guys …that’s one of the many reasons why I stay here and have chosen not to move. “Living at Canterra for 3 years now and I can say that my wife and I love it! Every aspect of the property has been renovated since moving in. We love the pools and gym. The front office staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Alise is great. The engineering team has assisted with a couple of minor fixes. Carlos and the team are quick, efficient, and friendly. Wonderful place to live!!”
