SHOUT OUT TO JADE!!! ????Yesterday I looked online for an item and was available at my nearest location and planned to purchase it. Nope.I called second closest location, nope.Called this location and Jade was friendly and answered all of my questions. Item was not available too, but she mentioned that item can be delivered. Sure! But I asked if she can double check since the internet was not accurate.The hold was very short and she confirmed they had my item and I will be picking it up tomorrow.Thank you again, Jade, for your assistance!

Would not recommend this location. I went to get windshield wipers replaced before a 9 hour long roadtrip. The kid changing them dropped the wiper and cracked my windshield, great. I then wait 20 minutes in the store listening to them give the kid hell for not following policy and run around to figure out what to do next. The manager finally gets to me and says they will reimburse me for a replacement. I have less than 48 hours on a holiday weekend to get a replacement before my trip. I call 8 places who all say they cannot help me in such little time so I go with safelight(who were awesome and squeezed me in). I call the store to let them know I have my receipt and I'm coming in for my reimbursement and they are rude on the phone and try to make it harder on me to submit my receipt. So I go in store and the manager Hector says he can't give it to me until it's approved by his district manager and he most likely won't be available until after the new year! I asked him if the store has a policy for this knowing they do because the manager the day before had told me they do. He says yes but that he still can't help me. I have no money, the money for my trip was used to replace my windshield and I'm supposed to leave tomorrow morning at 6 am. I went through hell to get this all done and spent all my money I had just because I went to this store so save yourself from an experience like mine and keep driving passed this location.

They claim to be open till 10 pm. I call before I show up about a large return I have to make buy then I get there at about 9:20 and they tell me im out of luck they have no money to do my return and wasted my time and gas which I have none of either to spareZero stars

I dropped off old batteries from my motor home and was told that because they weren't "car" batteries they wouldn't give me their standard $10 return on used batteries. The recycle value of the lead in my deep cycle batteries are the same as car batteries. So I'm not happy, but at least they took the batteries.

Jimmy is a Godsent! I was stuck in a work truck, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Sold me the last 2 remaining batteries I needed. And saved my day! Amazing customer service. Definitely recommend this AutoZone to anyone looking for assistance !

My husband went in for a battery. He was told it was not in stock. The worker helping was very polite. Our truck wouldn’t start. The worker told him he would go out to help us. The manager told him no, he had other things to do. The worker said I’ll send someone out. No one ever came out. My husband went in and said thanks for the help. Auto Zone used to have great customer service, but this manager doesn’t care at all. His attitude is terrible.

Today I was stop by at Auto Zone on hyw 111 a guy assistant in the shop helpful with fast sevice,in spite of outside is excessive heated 109 degrees!.. Thank you so much for an excellent business, accountability !..

I went today to exchange my car battery, and the person who helped me was Joshua P. He gave me a really good service, he exchanged the battery at my car, it was hot outside (this is the time in the desert) but he didn't complain and did the job, after that he noticed I open my car with the key, and he asked if my key don't work, I answered "no, I have to buy a new one" he told me who said that? Let me check. Maybe you just need the battery. Well, in another place they told me that I need a new key, like $200.00, and wallah! Works! Only paid $8.69 for the key battery. The location is okay and can get busy, but what brings it down to 3 stars would be the staff. Most of the time they are not that welcoming. I know they have to deal with people all day long (some difficult) and that can get them in a bad mood sometimes, but I think they forget that we also have a choice in where we go. Most of the time I do go elsewhere unless I know this location has the part in stock.
