They never ever answer their phones, tons of fees for everything, horrible customer service (there is only one good teller there- Jasmine). Was a much better bank when it was BBVA. I have been very unhappy since it has changed to PNC. Do not recommend.

Love the Indio branch. It's nice to deal with people who are familiar with you. Adi is the BEST!

The worst bank you can deal with! No customer service, sometimes the drive up is completely closed. Phone customer service is ridiculous, they employ people that can't even speak English. I thought I was banking in USA not India!

They may seize your money. I opened a checking account online/via phone. Days passed. I made a cash deposit. Days passed. Got my debit card in the mail. Tried to use it. Declined. Why? They froze my account. Why? Because they didn't have the documents (my DL and a utility bill) they didn't inform me I needed when I signed up. I finally get a utility bill in the mail, take it in on Friday. But because it's after 4pm CT, I must wait until Monday for anything to be done on the account. Monday comes and goes. Finally Tuesday morning my account is unfrozen, and I can reclaim the cash deposit I made perhaps 10 days prior. According to the branch manager, he could do nothing about my issue. Corporate tied his hands.
